Perfect Vacation Spot

This was the perfect place to stay located in a quiet neighborhood. The property has everything you need for your stay. We were close to beaches, shopping, golf and ice cream. The host Rachel was amazing with helping me with any questions I has as a first time VRBO renter.Highly recommend this property for your stay on the Cape!!Diane & Mike

This house had two good-sized bedrooms. It is nestled on a quiet street. There is a nice-sized backyard. My dog thoroughly enjoyed the yard. The house had all the basic things needed to enjoy a quiet, restful vacation.

My New Go-To on the Cape!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood that made for a peaceful getaway. Rachel was absolutely great to work with — friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. This will definitely be my go-to spot for staying on the Cape!

Summer Weekend Away

We had a nice weekend away! Our host was super friendly and accommodating, and made sure we had all of our questions answered in a timely manner. Location was perfect— we spent one day at mayflower beach and one day at south middle beach! Check in and check out were simple and easy. One of my favorite parts of the house was the backyard patio, where I enjoyed reading my book in the morning.

Great location and perfect for Cape stay!

Wonderful time staying at this house with a great location. Less than 10 minute drive to the beach and 5-10 minutes to every where else. Lots to do nearby and comfortable living arrangements. Will stay again!

Awesome getaway on Cape Cod

The house was clean and comfortable in a great location on the Cape, and Rachel was a wonderfully attentive and responsive host who made the check-in process a breeze and was quick to answer any questions that came up. Would book again!

Excellent location, attentive property manager

The rental contributed to a relaxing week off. It’s near great beaches, restaurants and shopping. The house is newly renovated with a very comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen, and our dog loved the fenced-in back yard. Property manager is quite helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Great House! Great Host!

This house is in a great location. Very close to supermarket and restaurant but in a nice neighborhood. Nice and private yard also. The host is very quick to respond with any questions I had and very easy to communicate with. We look forward to coming back soon!

Quiet, clean. Recent listing

We needed a home we could stay it with two large dogs. Hard to find on VRBO. Rachel was very responsive when we had questions. Place is relatively newly updated so very clean. Plenty of space for two teens, two dogs, and the two of us. Very comfortable beds. Thank you!

Nice, quiet location

Rachel is new to VRBO and truly wants her guests happy. Check in was seamless and she stayed in touch with us throughout our stay, which was nice. Newly remodeled bathrooms are beautiful. Beds are comfortable and there is lots of closet space. Kitchen is small, but eat on high top island is awesome. Quiet neighborhood with pleasant neighbors. Easy to get everywhere you would want to get from here. Only drawback is there is really no outdoor seating on property, but I got the impression that will be changing.

A few things I would recommend fixing

Use different cleaning chemicals because it was a very strange odor and update front door to digital keypad. Side door was open when I arrived and I couldn’t figure out how to lock it.

lovely home- will return.

House was beautifully kept- interior spotless, kitchen well stocked and very clean, additional towels, comforters and linen were available in the hall closet. Bathrooms had obviously been redone - style and fixtures were modern and reflective of someone's very good taste. toiletries are provided. TV is brand new. Backyard was fenced in - although not large, it is capacious enough for your dogs to roam off leash. My 2 Goldens loved it. Beds are very comfortable. AC worked beautifully. Owner is easily accessible by text and more than willing to deal with any issues or provide info when requested. She is also very upfront concerning any problems in the home that you might encounter ( one socket didn't work in the bathroom - we were told before arrival that there was a problem and that she was getting an electrician to deal with it. She also asked if we wanted him to come while we were there- we didn't and she honored our request. Very cool.) We had a wonderful time and will be returning . Can't recommend this home highly enough.

We were greeted with a well-appointed, comfortable and clean home. The yard is private and designed for outside relaxation and BBQ. The neighborhood is tucked away in the trees and is perfect for morning or evening strolls. We found the home a spot on location close to beaches, restaurants and quick access to routes 6 and 28. Rachel is an accommodating and courteous host who communicated with us on a level that made us feel welcomed in their home. We'll be back again and again when we need our Cape escape.
