This condo is part of the 12 unit Dario Doce condominium complex. Located in the Mexican neighborhood of Dario Galeana, walking distance to the beach, Centro, and some of the best restaurants in Zihua. The condo includes great A/C, high-speed internet, and a small community pool.



It's a 538 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the second floor with two air conditioners. The main bedroom includes a king size bed with a large en suite bathroom. The living space includes a sofa with a pull-out twin bed for a third guest. There is a complete kitchen, plenty of storage space, and washer / dryer in the unit. The condo has a small balcony just outside the front door.



Colonia Dario Galeana is a typical Mexican neighborhood. Lots of action and friendly people, plus some of the best restaurants, including Lety's, Vivan Las Pizzas, Olga's, El Duke's Fish & Chips, Arrebol, Salvador's Grill, and El Perla Negra



The combi buses stop right in front of the condo, and for 10 pesos you can go anywhere in town. There is a store 20 meters away that sells everything you could need, from food and drinks to toiletries. Playa La Madera is a 5 minute walk away, and Centro is a 15 minute walk away.



This condo is located in a typical Mexican neighborhood. There are restaurants and stores located nearby, so there can sometimes be late evening noise.
