Guest access
Guest will be given an access code to enter the apartment. It will be activated after confirming the booking and gets automatically deactivated at time of checkout. $50 dollar per hour is charged for late checkout unless approved by the host in the message section.

1. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Vaping or recreational weeds are all prohibited. The state of the art smoke + CO detectors, with WiFi capability, and Tampering prove, will activate the alarm if you disconnect the sensor or attempt to cover it up. Yes, we will be notified of such event.
You agree to pay US$400 cleaning and disinfection fee for smoking of any kind inside the unit.

2. Pets are not allowed. Including emotional support or service.
If you need accommodations for your pet, this unit is not convenient to you.
