Bright & Colourful 2 Bedroom Downtown
Located the heart of downtown 5 minutes walk away from George St and Water St, this characterful traditional home features two beautiful quiet double bedrooms. House has welcoming sitting and dining rooms brimming with art. The bathroom has a freestanding clawfoot tub with a high pressure shower head. The house has a cozy and very well equipped kitchen. There is a patio with BBQ and outdoor seating available in the summer months. One free on-street parking permit is provided.
As the property managers of the house we are available 24/7 for any questions or issues. You may reach us through Airbnb, text or calling. If something is urgent the best way to reach us is calling.
BEDROOMS:
The guest bedrooms are the second floor on the right as you go up the stairs and is marked with a BEDROOM 1 and 2 signs on the doors.
Towels for the guests are provided in the room.
A fan for cooling and extra blankets for warmth are also provided.
The windows have screens to keep bugs out.
BATHROOM:
Hand soap and shampoo are provided.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen has most standard equipment and utensils.
Provided are complimentary tea bags and coffee beans, cooking oil, a selection of spices and seasoning as well as sugar. Some cereals are also provided.
A coffee maker is available for making various kinds of coffee. If you are not familiar with one of these please read instruction manual provided.
LAUNDRY AND IRONING:
Off the kitchen is a small laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. Complementary washing tabs are provided.
An iron and an ironing board are also stored and available here.
OUTSIDE:
Behind the property is a patio that is accessed via the laundry room.
On the patio there is a table and chairs in summer months.
A portable propane bbq is available and stored in the cupboard under the coffee maker in the kitchen.
Please kindly take great care when using the bbq and only use it when safely placed on a fireproof surface (table). After usage please close and disconnect propane tank, rinse bbq and only re-store it when it has properly cooled.
CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is at 11am. Please kindly lock the front door when you leave, put the keys in the lock box, shuffle the dials and close the lockbox outer cover.
SAFETY AND FIRST AID EQUIPMENT:
The property is fitted with several smoke alarms and also a carbon monoxide alarm. A fire extinguisher can be found on the right hand of the kitchen entry as entering. A small first aid kit can be found under the sink in the bathroom.
