This mountain home in the new Suncadia’s Nelson Creek Neighborhood offers stunning forest views, and visits from wildlife. Located across from Nelson Farm with swimming pool and seasonal activities, a short drive to the resort core with golf, winery, dining, and spa. This fabulous location is perfectly situated for all your vacation plans.
Ideal for group gatherings, the elegant open concept living room, kitchen and dining area with large windows showcasing the forest views. The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances a 6-burner gas stove with two ovens, microwave, dishwasher, two beverage fridges, sink and large island that offers seating for 3. The adjacent dining room is surrounded by windows and seats eight comfortably.
The covered patio has a BBQ, seating for 8, hot tub, and fire pit with 4 adirondack chairs making it the perfect place to sip cocktails, snack on s'mores, and enjoy the company of family and friends.
Additional to all these amenities this home also features a heated garage game space that includes ping pong and Shuffleboard.
