This is my second time staying here. Easy and very comfortable. The location is convenient and the amenities met our needs. We were able to cook and wash clothes; a great temp home away from home.

Outstanding host. Excellent location. I've been popping up to Fairbanks for decades and only now found this gem. It's a great location for all major FBX work and fun locations. It's nicely tucked away behind Alaska Land and is accessible by private.

Our stay was excellent. The property is well located, well appointed, fully stocked. The bed was comfortable and the bedding top notch. Newly renovated. Quiet neighborhood. Quality appliances. Comfortable furnishings. Priced less than hotel rooms and provided many more amenities. Brian was very responsive when I contacted him and included much information about the area.

Fantastic location. Very clean very maintained and well stocked, with all the things you would need. Spices, ziplock bags, trash bags, tp,freezer ice bags for the cooler, cleaning supply, plenty of towels, soap powder. I would definitely stay here again if we came back to Fairbanks. The couches were very comfortable!!

House was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked! Every comfort is thought through and provided. There was even a drawer in the fridge full of complimentary water bottles! The owner is very friendly, quick to respond, and is eager to help with travel plans if it is your first time in Fairbanks - or if you have been before and looking for new adventures. He truly wants you to have a positive, travel experience. I would recommend staying here and I plan to stay again.

2 bd room is Perfect for our 4 adults. As in photos. GREAT fresh ground coffee. Well appointed spaces and i Agee with other reviews. Great Location no matter what season. Walkable even to downtown. Bummer city busses werent running frequently as stops are literally at the corner. Brian was responsive and SUPER helpful from within hrs of making reservation thru checkin- Wonderful host. Although dim, could even view aurora from back yard!

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy bungalow in Fairbanks. Ideally situated in the middle of town next to Pioneer Park. A short walk and you are overlooking the river with a quaint footbridge nearby. The property has two bedrooms each with its own QUEEN sized bed, a recently remodeled, updated bathroom and a finely outfitted kitchen. The two recliner sofas and large TV provided late night relaxation. There were plenty of linens and bedding. The offstreet parking brings you near the front door for easy loading and unloading. We found it easy to access the front door during our late-night arrival with the key box accessible on the front landing. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves visiting family in Fairbanks. Brian was very helpful when we had questions. This house has been well cared for and it shows! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Comfortable and convenient

This duplex was ideal for us. Great location in the middle of Fairbanks, comfortable rooms and beds, lots of open space, and all the conveniences. The kitchen is very well stocked for a longer stay. Owner was very helpful and informative before our stay. Would highly recommend for a comfortable spot in town.

Everything was great. Pros: Clean, Pots n Pans, Seasonings, Nice and Warm, Comfy Couches, and Quiet neighborhood. Cons: Smoke alarm was easily set off if you had food cooking in the oven. Happened enough times that I just pulled my food out and tapped out so not to keep causing a disturbance. Was stocked with everything for coffee, just not coffee. Lol. Trash Cans were full whgich I felt bad that I could not take the trash out prior to leaving. Overall: Great Stay! Would definitely stay here again (and buy coffee on my way in, Lol) Would recommend to others.

Nice place

Nice place to stay in Fairbanks. Great location. Clean. Bathroom is nice, kitchen was good, pots/pans & all you need. Drip coffee maker. Washer & dryer were a lifesaver. One turn is a bit tricky, but once you know it’s a frontage road you’re looking for it’s a non issue.

This is a cute house in a good location, right next to Alaskaland, clean, stocked with everything you need. We would have given this place 5 stars but for a few things. Listing says beds are queen size, they are not, only full size and was difficult for husband and wife sharing a bed but cozy. The beds are also super uncomfortable, never slept in a bed that actually makes your body hurt just lying on it, but some may like a very hard bed. The bathroom has no counter top to lay things on and that was difficult trying to get ready in the mornings. But the shower was amazing! The 2 electric outlets between the stove and sink do not work. When we arrived we tried to watch tv, but it didn’t work. Finally got it to turn on and it wasn’t connected to the internet, so no tv. Messaged the owner and never received a response. Communication when we booked the place was great, but crickets after that, never heard from the owner again. Actually the lack of communication and not responding to the tv not working is a big reason for the 3 stars. That and the very uncomfortable small beds. We are just lucky it was only the tv we had issues with. Also, the neighbor has a rooster, which we didn’t hear when we had our fan on or the ac going, but when they were off you could hear the rooster crow often.

Very nice!

Very clean. Everything was clean! Good beds and pillows, with plenty of extra blankets. Large TV. However, no DVD player. It could probably use some books, puzzles and a few movies. The art work on the walls was amazing! Beautiful. Nice flatware, glasses and dishes. No thin little cooking pots here....It would be nice to have one little pot for like a can of soup. There is a nice salad size bowl. It's in a very good location. On a quiet street. We went for a walk. I would most certainly come back here.
