Pictures are not accurate TO AN EXTENT. All the furniture and decor matches but house seems like it isn’t kept up or truly cleaned. It was very hard to find the house and then once we finally did we noticed the outside was not clean there were massive spider webs all over on the outside AND in the inside (above the beds). We found multiple bugs inside the house along with bug traps. The hot tub was NOT clean nor was the area around it. We also found multiple cigarettes that seemed to be recently used around the area by the front door. We didn’t even stay the night just left because we were uncomfortable in the home at that point. If the house was cleaned inside and outside it would’ve been a great stay.

The location was perfect- close to the highway, near town, and central to trails.One of the few cabins we've stayed that charges a higher cleaning fee but doesn't use it or has a poor cleaning crew. Cobwebs, dust, and just a general sense of "this place hasn't been used in a while". Porch off the upstairs bedroom was unusable because of large bee nests and leaves. The rec room doors were ill-fitting and required extra force to open/closed. Screened door screen flapping. Where was the fire pit? The grill is mounted by the driveway (25 steps down from living quarters). No lights by the front door where there is a step and entrance. Overall, really disappointed. Everyone kept talking about "potential of the place". Thankfully there are plenty of other locations in that area we'll be able to explore.

The images of the property were accurate however the cleanliness of the property was deplorable. The hot tub was covered in mold. Cabinet doors were falling off of the kitchen cabinets. There were cobwebs and live spiders throughout the interior of the property. The exterior was covered in leaves and not pleasant to sit out on the deck. There were bugs on the bedsheets. The remotes did not have batteries in them. The interior floor had debris on it upon arrival and the walls and ceiling had heavy dust. We contacted the host however they have not gotten back to us. The location was difficult to find also as the house number was hidden by trees half way up the driveway. The fire pit also was just thrown into the small yard area and was unusable. We were unable to connect to the WiFi and there was broken glass on the deck as well. The windows were very dirty and splattered with something.

Love the layout and spcae. The cabin was dirty. Lots of spider webs. Lots of stairs for entry. Pool table was great. Wifi stinks but in all fairness your innthe mountains. Place needs some tlc beautiful location.

OK.

Fireplace doesn’t work. When asked to come fix it, I was told it wasn’t listed as an amenity, even though it’s pictured in the photos. No coffee. Table really only seats 4. We brought in a wicker bench from the patio to seat all 6 of us. The third bedroom is a loft, so open to the noises of the house, especially if someone has to go downstairs to use the restroom. Otherwise, beds were comfortable and the space was cozy. The drive up is very steep. If you have snow or ice, it would be really tough. The setting is beautiful. 6 min to Ref River Gorge and Natural Bridge.

Nice Place

We really enjoyed the interior of the cabin! It was modern and neat! The pictures do it justice! We utilized the fire place in the pool room, it was just perfect, while playing a few games of pool and listening to music on the streaming tv! Beds were nice, kitchen was stocked nicely! Only downfall during our stay was that the hot tub would not heat, it stayed on 80* even though we turned it up to 100* that was one of the main reasons we chose this cabin was a hot tub and the convince to local attractions! Again, luckily there was a pool table! Cabin could have had the leaves blown away as well, luckily it wasn’t wet out or raining. I believe it would be complicated to get up and down stairs safely as well as the wooden walk ways. But over all it was a nice place.

Cozy but untidy

The cabin was cozy and updated, smaller than what we expected but comfortable for 6 people. It had everything we needed for an overnight stay. We liked that the game room and hot tub was separate from the cabin-nice touch. The internet was terrible so if you plan to work this is not your cabin. Overall nice cabin but some tidiness issues that I sent to the host and he responded accordingly.

Girls trip

The cabin is beautiful! 2 King beds upstairs and a Queen downstairs all very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Game room and hot tub were great? Would stay again!

House was nice but service was lacking

The shower would only go to mid not hot so no hot showers and the WiFi did not work and couldn’t not get anyone to come fix it and the hot tub was dirty
