Centrally located in Winter Haven, FL this open-floor plan style home with fully-fenced backyard is your perfect Haven away from home. All of your food options, grocery stores, parks, and shopping are less than 10 minutes away, and the best part is LEGOLAND/Peppa Pig theme park is only 15 minutes away!!

We can't wait for you to enjoy all this home has to offer!
The space
This charming 3 bedroom 2 bath home features a wonderfully inviting fully-fenced backyard that is perfect for your furry friends!

All the essentials are provided for your stay including:
-Keypad entry door for smooth check in & check out
-55" Smart TV with Netflix & Hulu provided !
-Fully Operable Kitchen - cookware, bakeware, silverware, coffee, , etc...
-2 full baths stocked with essential toiletries & hair dryer
-In-home washer & dryer - laundry detergent provided !
-Hybrid spring / memory foam mattresses

-Safety & Security: Doorbell camera is located by entry door (no indoor cameras) , first aid kit is provided, fire extinguisher provided, monitored smoke alarm
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home except for the garage and the 2 sheds in the backyard. These areas are used for storage, tools, etc.. The doors to them will be locked during your stay.

The property includes parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway and additional street parking if necessary.

Accommodations were wonderful. It felt just like home. Location was great and close to eating and shopping. We were able to spend quality time with family.

The kitchen was missing a few important items like a large pot for cooking pasta and wine or juice glasses or cocktail glasses. Other than that the house was spotless and very very comfortable and decorated beautifully. Very nice neighborhood and very convenient to stores and restaurants. It has a nice fenced in backyard.

Very accurate and clean. Worked well for 4 people. A bit close to the road on the backside but only noticeable from the outside area.

Great house

House was easy to find and nice neighbourhood. Backyard was completely fenced for the dog but a bit noisy as main highway right in back. Owner was very helpful and prompt to answer any questions i had. Would definitely recommend this VRBO.

My husband and I stayed for two weeks while we waiting for our furniture to be delivered to our new home from NY. We were overall very happy with the accommodations, especially the fenced in backyard. We did feel that the kitchen could have used some additional cooking supplies (pasta pot, strainer, pitcher for iced tea or lemonade), but for two weeks, the house was fine and communication with the owner was terrific. Should the need arise we would certainly stay here again.

Clean, spacious and comfortable

We were in town for our daughters Volleyball tournament and stayed at Luke's property - he was very attentive to messages. The property was nice and clean and offered great space for our family to spread out. They had all the basics. Would def stay again over a hotel!

Nice place.

Liked the location, which was close to family and the wedding venue. Older but clean. Would like to suggest getting a full length mirror and wine glasses. It would also help to have tissues and paper towels/napkins.

We loved this family friendly house

Everything in this house was perfect. We have a one year-old who is walking and love that there were not tons of things down at her level to grab onto. There was a playhouse and baby swing in the back and the neighborhood felt very safe and secure. Everything was very clean, tidy, an d comfortable. We appreciated that the owner had coffee and filters, towels, and shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The house is in a great location and we would absolutely stay here on a return visit.

Weekend Getaway to Legoland

Our stay was great. The home was so beautiful, well maintained and very clean. I did not have access codes with me enroute, so I texted Luke. As always, he answered right away, and we were able to access the home with no issues. The backyard shed could use a coat of paint, but sitting outside with a cup of coffee in the morning was so refreshing it was something to ignore. Directions on how to use the tv systems would have been helpful but we made do doing our stay. The location was great and very close to the items we needed. This included Legoland, Walmart, and places to eat. I would recommend this property and can see our family booking again.

No and the oven look like it was never cleaned. I try to cook Bacon in the oven and it started smoking and set the smoke alarm offThe toilet in the hallway bathroom didn’t work right and the bed in the bedroom next to that bathroom was uncomfortable and the pillows were made for a kid. The back yard was horrible there was mostly dirt. My dog didn’t even want to walk on it. I wouldn’t rent that again.

We especially enjoyed the location of the house. Was a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Really enjoyed the covered patio. Could have used a few more kitchen items (9 x 13 Baking pan, mixing bowl) for our 5 week stay. Over all had a great stay.
