Please note that this unit is part of an apartment complex, and all VRBO units are located on the first floor for guest convenience and accessibility.

Because of this, there are long-term residents living above you, often with children. Noise levels can vary — kids may be at school during the day, home on weekends, or sometimes home full-time. You may also hear barking dogs or general apartment noise from time to time.

We’ve provided a white noise machine and earplugs in the unit for your comfort.

If the noise becomes excessive and you can identify which apartment it’s coming from (for example, directly above you), please let the office know. Or I’ll contact the main office to report it on your behalf.

You may also reach out to the apartment office directly during normal business hours (7 days a week).

If the disturbance occurs at night, please visit or call the office the next day — they will follow up with the tenants and address the issue.

Just a quick reminder: we are guests of this apartment community, and all other residents are long-term tenants. Our unit is one of only two short-term rentals in the entire complex, so your courtesy and understanding are greatly appreciated.

beautiful kept place near lots of fun activities, you could almost walk to LEGOLAND. the pool and exercise facilities were great; kitchen was well stocked; house was ready to entertain.

Great stay. Clean property. Location is great for easy access to Legoland. Little details that don’t go unnoticed- laundry baskets, sound machines, plenty of towels in each room. Brand new keurig when original stopped working. Overall excellent host.

Great host!! Very attentive. Amenities are great. Clean and well taken care of. We had a great time!! Pet friendly was a bonus for us. We have stayed at pet friendly places that were not clean. You would never know any pets were here. Very clean. 5 stars!!

Host Stephen was great. Very responsive and accommodating. The noise level is something to be considered. There are lots of noises when sleeping and early hours as this is also a home for may that get up for work etc. they provide ear plugs if you are a lite sleeper. The unit is very nice and has a lot of extras. The gym and pool are great. Thanks

Just to clarify for future guests, this is a first-floor apartment. We specifically chose the first floor for accessibility and convenience — it’s ideal for families with children, elderly guests, or anyone with luggage, as there are no stairs to navigate. As with any apartment community, there can occasionally be some noise from neighbors above. If guests ever know exactly where the noise is coming from, you’re always welcome to contact me directly or reach out to the front office. The office is open seven days a week and will discreetly address the issue with the other unit — without revealing who reported it. For added comfort, earplugs are provided in the main room, and noise machines are in every bedroom. Most guests find these make their stay peaceful and relaxing. We’re glad you enjoyed the apartment, amenities, and extras, and we truly appreciate you staying with us!

Cute little apartment

This apartment was perfect for the weekend. It had plenty of space, was very clean, and had plenty of blankets, towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Stephen the host was fantastic, he regularly checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well and even gave a great breakfast recommendation. Was a great stay!!

We enjoyed the apartment. It is pet friendly and lots of places to take her walking. The complex was realy nice, well maintained. A park out side the back door was convenient to walk the dog. We didn't cook very much but it had all we would need if we did. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The host Stephen was quick to reply when we had questions. It was convenient to restaurants and stores. Went to hurricane grill across the highway, several times and enjoyed everything we had.

What a lovely review thank you. This was an older couple here looking to buy a house and they stayed for a week and a half. This apartment is made for long weekend stays, but also can accommodate longer stays as well. Just as a reminder, this is an apartment. There can be noise that can be heard from upstairs since this is a multi level apartment. This unit is on the first floor.

Simply amazing

Amazing and Beautiful Home – Super Clean and Well-Organized!We absolutely loved our stay here! The home is incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and very well-organized. I stayed with my wife and our 6-year-old, who especially loved the kids' room and all the toys available – such a thoughtful touch!Communication with the owner was excellent – they responded immediately and made everything easy and stress-free.All in all, this is hands down the best spot near Legoland. We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

Extremely Close to Legoland

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at this two-bedroom, two-bath home! The location was truly unique—extremely close to Legoland, with a grocery store just minutes away. The house itself was spotless and thoughtfully themed around Legoland, which added a fun touch. It was the perfect stay for our family, including our 3-year-old son, husband, parents, and even our dog. We also loved the extra amenities, especially relaxing by the lake with a drink under the fire. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay near Legoland!

This is by far the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at! The entire condo was spotless and provided everything we could have needed. It was very well stocked and we appreciate that there was enough coffee for our entire stay! My boys loved the lego theme and were so excited the room even had bins of legos they could play with. It’s only a 20 minute walk to Legoland which helped save on parking fees there. It was the perfect stay for our trip, the pool and everything was so nice I wish we had an extra day to just enjoy all the amenities there. Stephen is a wonderful and attentive host! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful place with us.
