One bedroom apartment centrally located to all events.
It is in a downtown city area so please be aware that comes with city life including noise.
Please be courteous owner lives in another unit on premise.
1 parking space included off street
One bedroom apartment in a historic home.
Please note the cosmetics on the exterior of the house are a work in progress.
There are tenants staying above w a potential for noise.

Within walking distance to all the restaurants, nightlife, downtown attractions including the Amway arena and the Dr. Philips Center. Lake Eola is very close by.

Publix & convenient stores are around the corner. Lynx limo bus which is free goes to all the main attractions in the area. There's also the sunrail. Uber, zip car, lyft and taxis.

Rental agreement needs to be e-signed before check in & ID submitted for security. Info will not be shared. Please note that the lead Guest must sign the rental agreement and the ID supplied must contain the same name and address as the credit card provided for the booking. If the lead guest is not paying for the booking, the person who is paying must sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of their ID, and their name and address should match the name on the credit card. If this is not the case, the booking will be cancelled by the host.

A good value stay. Was nice and clean, we slept well. The building is old but has been updated. We loved the neighborhood, lots of restaurants and things to do. The walls were very thin, we could hear the neighboring units, but it didn't disturb our sleep so it was fine.

I loved how close we are from all the theme parks and beaches . The place actually has alot of space and a great kitchen to be able to save money and cook from home. If you are looking for an amazing place this is the spot for you.

Host was quick to respond if we needed anything. The area was very walkable and there was plently of wvents going on around to be entertained. The apartment was clean and as advertised. Very cozy great place to stay for a weekend in orlando.

Very nice, large apartment. Host was very nice. Raised the temperature before we checked in because we were having an unusual cold spell. Kept an on line open communication while we were there.

Cute Little Getaway

My wife and I stayed here on a quick getaway to attend the PopTarts Bowl. It was great! The bed was very comfortable and the place was a lot more spacious than we had expected. The off street parking is excellent, and the owner is super responsive. The neighborhood is really nice as well. Just around the corner are some great boutique shops and bars in Thornton Park. We ate at Benjamin (french pastry shop), Cabo's Kitchen and Bar, and The Classic. All of them served wonderful food. If we can ditch the kids and mother-in-law again we would love to stay here again.
