Comfortable Accommodations: One spacious bedroom that sleeps 4, and a charming alcove with a queen-size bed and privacy curtain.
Cozy Bathroom: Freshen up in our inviting bathroom with a stand-up shower, complete with towels, toilet paper, and soaps.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee using our provided coffee and filters. Just bring your favorite foods and spices. Paper towels are also supplied.
Enjoy the breathtaking view from the Livingroom's picture window while sitting on the comfortable couch or recliner. Or kickback with entertainment from the ROKU network.
This is a Fishing Paradise! Bring your boat and explore some of the best fishing spots in the area. In the Great Outdoors, enjoy the open spaces for play, perfect for family games and picnics.

We are Fred, Deb, and Sarah, the proud new owners of Chit Chat Chaw Resort. Fred, a Vietnam veteran and Union Pipe Fitter, is also an avid hunter and fisherman. His wife, Deb, honed her fishing skills in Minnesota, the Land of 10,000 Lakes. Their daughter, Sarah, brings her expertise in hotel management and hospitality, having attended DeVry University. Together, we are thrilled to create wonderful memories for all who visit Chit Chat Chaw on Bull Shoals Lake.

As new owners of Chit Chat Chaw Resort, which we purchased on March 28, 2024, we were drawn to the area’s rich history and welcoming atmosphere. Deborah’s father was born and raised in the neighboring communities, and we have always loved the close-knit, supportive environment here. Whether you’re a lifelong resident or a newcomer, the folks in this community greet you with open arms. It’s a quiet and serene place where even the deer regard you as family, making it the perfect setting for our resort.

Whether you're an avid angler, eager to catch a world record bass in the rich fishing grounds of Bull Shoals Lake or simply looking to enjoy a day on the water, our 12-slip dock and public concrete ramp make launching and docking a breeze. And right there on the dock, for the catch of the day, is a fish cleaning station.
