Welcome to Buffalo Betty! This ultra luxury pool cabin is the ultimate getaway for families and groups. A beautiful drive leads you to the top of Shell Mountain and beautifully situated at the end of the culdesac sits Buffalo Betty. With 4 bedrooms, Buffalo Betty comfortably sleeps 12 with its 3 king master suites and a bunk room with a triple full bunk that sleeps 6. As you pull into the driveway and taking in the beauty of the exterior, you enter into the ultimate getaway. Upon entry you immediately notice the warm colors with modern amenities that accommodates both relaxation and entertainment. The open kitchen, dining and living room floorpan is ideal for groups. 2 King master bedrooms with their own bathrooms with custom tiled showers are on the first floor. As you go up to the 2nd level you have a sitting area and two more bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The upper King Master Suite is beautifully decorated and provides just the right amount of privacy. As you go across the catwalk you enter the bunk room that is home to a triple set of full bunks from Restoration Hardware that can sleep 6. Ready for entertainment? Head down to the lower level where you are greeted by an indoor pool, poker table, arcade games and a theater! After swimming all day, go out on the deck for a relaxing dip in the huge hot tub, then cap the night off with a movie in the theater room. All 3 levels have decking to enjoy the outdoor elements year round. Oh, did we mention the views? Prepare for absolutely unbelievable views. All three levels and every room were purposely designed with glass. These views are priceless and you will enjoy them regardless of where you are inside or outside of the home. This location was specifically chosen as it avoids the traffic but is just close enough to easily enjoy Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and everything this amazing area has to offer. Whether you are looking for relaxation, entertainment, a business retreat, or a family reunion, this luxury getaway is for you. Love this home. We had a family vacation with six adults and five children four and under. My family took full advantage of all the things you could do at this house and the wonderful three townships around it. Great for all ages. We are from upstate NY and if this was closer, we would be here each family vacation.
Can’t get enough of this.

Beautiful home! I would recommend giving renters a heads up about the road leading to the home. With the narrowness, sharp turns and steepness, it made getting to and from the home very nerve racking. Other than that, everything was great!

From the booking process to the checkout process everything was perfect. Josh was the perfect host making sure every detail was perfect. He is a great host. Buffalo Beatty was absolutely stunning. The pool was heated perfectly, hot tubi was perfect and, the theatre room was outstanding. The entire house and property was perfect, And the views. Absolutely amazing. We visit Gatlinburg yearly and never stayed in the same place twice. But next year or before we will certainly be back staying at Buffalo Beatty. It gets no better than this.

Breathtaking views, and a house with something for everyone!

We were on the hunt for a vacation home for our family, for our getaway to Pigeon Forge. Our daughter dreamed of a pool to herself. Our son requested a pool table. My husband wanted private, outdoor living (preferably covered) in case of rain. And me? A place with a view. Well Buffalo Betty delivered all that and more!! All new construction/beautiful decor, room to spread out but also spaces to come together (being able to have a family movie night in the theatre was so unexpected and fun!) And the view. There aren’t sufficient words or photos that capture the jaw dropping views. Only great things to say about our hosts as well. From the moment we found the home and reached out to Josh, he was quick to respond and friendly. Great communication. I am so grateful we found Exclusive cabins. This house made our vacation so memorable, and special. 10/10 recommend. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay

We decided to book this property last minute for a spring break trip to Tennessee. We were looking for a house that would be entertaining if we stayed in, out of the touristy area but close enough to activities that going out and doing stuff would not be a challenge. This house had it all. Our kids range from ages 10 to 16, plus my husband and I and my mom - the view was amazing and we loved being essentially at the top of the mountain - though the drive up/down was a little nerve-racking at times. We had a few issues with a couple things being broken and while they weren’t fixable, the responses were extremely fast and attempts were made to fix the issues - I have no doubt all will be remedied (example was one arcade didn’t work and the dryer wasn’t working - if it could have been fixed while we were there I’m sure it would have been —but not having a dryer we planned for was a challenge). Otherwise, the house was amazing, the pool, hot tub, theater room, beds, game room, all was wonderful and we would stay again. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect Cabin and Amazing View!

Staying in this cabin at the top of the mountain was absolutely perfect! We spent most of our trip enjoying everything it had to offer, and the breathtaking view of the Smoky Mountains made it hard to leave. The cabin was packed with amenities like games, a theater room, a hot tub, a pool, and so much more—it was the perfect spot for my friends and I to celebrate my birthday. On top of the cabin, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg offered so many fun activities for all ages. I highly recommend staying here, Josh was an exceptional host! When we had to leave early due to an incoming snowstorm, Josh promptly sent over the checkout instructions, ensuring we could safely get off the mountain. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

Breathtaking Sunrise & Sunset Views!

Amazing views offering the best of both worlds, with a spectacular sunrise view as well as a sunset view. Buffalo Betty, being at the absolute top of the mountain is the seclusion everyone is looking for. The cabin is laid out well with the center open floor plan for meal or game time gatherings. The bedroom-bathroom ensuites are very spacious and offer you your own space. The pool and hot tub are bonuses that all ages will enjoy. The theater room with its comfortable seating and premium sound system, is the perfect spot to unwind and become immersed in a good movie after a day of visiting all the area attractions. Thank you for building this gem and making it available for all to enjoy!

This led to purchasing several parcels of land and we are now developing the premier properties in East TN. High School sweethearts that both graduated from Indiana University and now have 3 children (Aiden 19, Malia 16 and Madeline 13) and 2 dogs (Otis and Mookie). We love Sevier County and will be part of the community the rest of our lives. We put an incredible amount of effort into our properties so that you will fall in love with the area like we did.
