Relax and recharge at this unique, tranquil, high-end home in Willamette Valley wine country. Only a short drive from all Eugene OR has to offer, the property is tucked away on a tree-lined private road with 5 acres of incredible mountain and forest views.

Cook in the large, well-equipped kitchen or grill and picnic on the deck, then unwind in the hot tub with views overlooking the hills and valleys. Features a spa-like master suite that helps you relax and soak in the spectacular surroundings.

The home features 4 beds and 2.5 baths, including a large master suite. Master features a stunning custom king bed, large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with custom tile shower, heated towel rack, jack & jill sinks and private exit to deck and hot tub. Master also includes an adjoining yoga/relaxation spa with massage table for in-home service. Contact us to inquire about local options for a licensed at-home masseuse.

There are three additional bedrooms in the home, with 2 of them queens and the other a full size bed. Two of the bedrooms also have desk/worry areas and can double as an office space.

The large living room features a custom roll-down projection screen where you can access your streaming services as well as a premium stereo system and amazing views of the surrounding forest.

Stunning custom kitchen has lots of room to cook and socialize with premium appliances, gorgeous counters and cabinets and more spectacular views. Eat in the nearby formal dining room or if the weather is nice, enjoy your meal on the deck outside.

Washer/dryer available for use in the utility room.

The entire home is yours. There is no access to the garage or master bath closet, which are locked supply and storage areas.

Gardeners will access the property without checking with you first, every Tuesday for a few hours. They will not require interior access. We will need to stop by on Sunday between noon and 8pm to bring the garbage cans down to the gate, which is a short drive down from the house. It is long walk to drag the cans down, but you're welcome to do it yourself and leave them just outside the gate. We will remind you at check-in, but we won't check first before bringing the garbage cans down.

This incredible home is located at the edge of Eugene, OR in a forested community. It is serviced by well-water and a septic system.

Occasionally the home experiences power outages during extreme weather. It is more likely in the winter in the event of an ice or snow storm.

The well-water is safe to use, but we don't recommend drinking it unless you use the kitchen sink, which is equipped with a regularly-serviced reverse osmosis filter. Get your drinking water for people and pets from the kitchen sink. Additional complimentary bottled water is provided.
1. Guests with children are welcome if properly supervised.
Please note the house is not child-proof and children should be closely supervised.
2. Dogs are allowed, but please see our pet rules.
3. Smoking is not allowed.
4. Parties, events and loud music are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. To maintain the quiet character of the neighborhood, please keep the volume level reasonable.
5. Please remove your shoes in the house.
6. All guests must be listed on the reservation. No extra guests.
7. An inflatable bed is provided for extra approved guests. Please don’t sleep on the couch.
8. Please do not enter off-limits areas: garage, out buildings & master bath closet.
9. Please park in the designated parking area. Be careful when maneuvering your car to avoid damaging the exterior of the
property or your car vehicle.
10. Guest vehicles should be parked on the property and guests
may not have more than four total vehicles.
11. Please do not move or rearrange any furniture to avoid
damaging floors.
12. Clean up before check out, including dishes, trash and
recycling. Recyclables need to be empty and clean and placed
in appropriate bins. Do not mix glass and general recycling.
13. Please do not use the wood fireplace in the living room, for
safety and to keep things clean.
14. The house is on a septic system. Please don’t flush anything
except toilet paper and human waste. No flushable wipes or
hygiene products.
15. This is a natural area. Don’t keep trash/food out, seal
garbage bags, drive slowly for deer and don’t feed wild animals.
