This close-in country home boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, including a king bed, two queen beds, one full bed, and 2 full bathrooms. Located on 10 private acres, the property is a nature lovers retreat, while just a short drive from stores, restaurants, and the University of Oregon. Whether you’re unwinding in the comforts of the open living area, or preparing meals in the well-equipped chefs kitchen, this beautiful custom home offers a welcoming, cheerful atmosphere. Spend your days visiting local McKenzie and Willamette area lakes, trails, ski resorts, the University of Oregon, and other nearby Eugene - Springfield destinations. Then come relax in the soothing hot tub, overlooking serene mountain views by day, and stargazing at night. Our home is a bird lovers paradise. You may even catch a glimpse of our local elk herd, deer, and various other wildlife. The space feels tranquil and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We are a working, small scale farm, with goats and cows here on the property. Goat kids, calves and our friendly dog are often present. We look forward to welcoming you to Casa Collina, our lovely hillside home.

We have lived in the Eugene/Springfield area for over 30 years, enjoying all that this beautiful Oregon area has to offer. Together we are a family of Oregon Ducks! We love to play on the water, hike and bike mountain trails to waterfalls and hot springs, 4-wheel on the dunes, and hit the nearby ski slopes. All can be enjoyed within an hour or so from our home, which is located just 10 miles east of Eugene toward the beautiful Cascade mountains.

Our home is located on 10 acres in a peaceful and friendly rural location. Our farm property is only an 8 minute drive from major stores and restaurants, yet offers serene natural landscapes and abundant wildlife. We have an active farm where we raise goats and cows. We built our house for our family in 2015, at the top of the property overlooking the tranquil yet active pastures and fields that surround the private hilltop homestead. We custom built our home with the wish of creating a comfortable space where loved ones can spend quality time together, enjoy good food, and create lots of laughter and heartfelt memories. We invite you to come stay in our warm and welcoming home.

Our home offers a truly enchanting location for those who love nature, or just wish to experience some pleasant solitude while visiting local sites or University events.
