This serene 3-acre property offers a lifted log cabin with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a variety of amenities to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. The cabin features a spacious living area, well-equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and an outdoor oasis for recreation and relaxation.

*Seating: Full-size pull-out sofa (sheets in hall bath), 4 electric recliners, blanket box with extra blankets and pillows

*Main Floor Room 1: King bed, 32" smart TV (no cable), dresser, 2 wireless charging stations for phones/watches/airpods, closet, ceiling fan, French doors to the wraparound deck

We are happy to provide items to make your stay enjoyable, and you are welcome to use what you need, but leave the rest for the next guests or you will NOT be invited back and your security deposit WILL be affected! Don't be that person that messes this up for everyone else! Cabin is inventoried after EVERY stay!

Booking Requirements:
Signed rental agreement and waivers for all adults must be submitted within 24 hours of booking to avoid cancellation
Primary guest must be 25 years or older and present throughout the reservation
No third-party bookings, smoking, or animals allowed (no exceptions)
Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property
Relax and unwind at JJ's Point of View, where serenity and comfort await!

Nature Disclaimer for JJ’s Point of View Lakefront Retreat

Please note, this is a lakehouse surrounded by nature. As such, you may encounter various wildlife and natural elements during your stay, including but not limited to: spiders, ants, scorpions, wasps, bees, lizards, frogs, turtles, snakes, bugs, herons, egrets, birds, etc. These creatures are part of the environment, particularly around the dock and outdoor areas.

While the property is regularly sprayed by a professional exterminator, nature cannot be controlled, and sightings of these animals or insects are inevitable in a log cabin lakehouse on the water, surrounded by trees.

No refunds will be granted for encounters with any wildlife or insects, as this is an inherent part of the lakefront experience. Thank you for your understanding and for embracing the beauty and serenity of the natural world!
