Island Time ofrece lo mejor de la vida en casas adosadas, ubicado en el corazón de Cinnamon Shore y con vista al centro de la ciudad. Hay una vista panorámica de los conciertos, y las actividades están a solo un paseo al otro lado de la calle en el restaurante de Lisabella.

La atención al detalle es evidente, con gabinetes personalizados, revestimiento de solapa, piezas de madera recuperada y acabados de alta gama en toda esta residencia. El primer piso de esta lujosa casa adosada cuenta con una sala de estar de concepto abierto, un área de comedor con capacidad para 8 personas y un bar con isla de cocina con capacidad para 3 personas adicionales, un lugar de reunión perfecto para todo el grupo. La habitación queen del primer piso está decorada en colores suaves y serenos, un respiro acogedor de un día en la playa. Un baño con una combinación de bañera / ducha está bellamente decorado con azulejos de vidrio y encimeras de granito. El rincón para dormir con cama doble es perfecto para su hijo adolescente.

La habitación queen del segundo piso está decorada en tonos cálidos de madera que imitan la madera flotante y los toques de turquesa que recuerdan nuestras aguas del Golfo. A los niños les encantará la sala de literas abierta con dos literas incorporadas y su propio televisor de pantalla plana para ver películas por las noches y jugar videojuegos. ¡No te olvides de mamá y papá! El tranquilo dormitorio principal es donde mamá y papá se relajarán y se recargarán para el próximo día de diversión. El baño principal contiguo cuenta con una gran ducha a ras de suelo con un cabezal de ducha de lluvia montado en el techo para refrescarse después de un día en la playa.

I was surprised it wasn’t a separate bedroom with a door, it’s just in the loft area outside of the bedrooms but it worked fine. We wish there was closer and better access to the outdoor grills but we ended up finding one that worked in another area. We had a great vacation!! Thanks for everything!

First time in island time though. This is such a great location, center of everything. The beds all need replaced and new bedding/comforters for sure. Comfortable beds and clean/new bedding pretty much makes or breaks your stay. The living room couch is so old and gross definitely needs replaced as well. Just these things would make a world of difference and I would stay there again. Great kitchen!

Fantastic Spring Break

The town home was in a great location - right on the city center, near Dylan's (which was awesome! We had 2 dinners there) and Terry's Place (kids watched movies every night). Our families loved the Great Lawn - smores, playing soccer and whiffle ball; we rented bikes and rode around the property; we took advantage of two of the {heated} pools. All in all, a wonderful vacation and the kids loved it! We'll be returning!

2021 Family Beach Trip

Nice Spot but Home Needs Improvement

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year we've rented this townhouse. It's located in the middle of everything which we liked. House is surprisingly quiet despite being close to the pizza restaurant and center with bands, etc. Parking can be an issue since you are near the pizza place. It would be nice if the spots in the front were marked so you have saved spots. Second time to rent and had to deal with another broken appliance. Last time was the dishwasher (which worked this time and looked new). This time the freezer had frozen over. Water on the floor when we arrived. So had to deal with that right at check in (4pm - no earlier because of a spot check which I guess didn't really happen). Waited in line again to tell management. Got lucky and ran into a manager - who was wonderful. We were visited by the manager on duty shortly after who assured us we would be taken care of. We were there for 7 days and the help started out great then we would have to remind them of the issue each day and that got old. Toward the end of the week when we would call they acted annoyed. This place isn't cheap so that was disappointed. Overall I like Cinnamon Shore and most likely will return. I like this particular house as well. But because of the cost I would expect not to walk into broken appliances and the less than friendly responses. I do appreciate the manager that went out of his way to make it right.

From check-in to check-out we enjoyed our time at Cinnamon Shores and staying in Island Time. We spent time walking down to the beach, at the pool less than a few steps away, having s’mores, watching movies at the park across the street and pizza next door. The townhome was spotless and had just about everything you needed! The bunk room and video games had our 9 and 11 year old boys in heaven! We will definitely be back.

Pandemic times

Most of my complaint are minor....the window covering in the bedrooms did little to darken the rooms. The walls are a little thin, and this particular unit had a lot of exterior noise as well...we could hear music and noise from the central lawn in the evenings. My major complaint? The dishwasher was terrible. Didn't clean at all. Which was noted on a previous review and completely inappropriate during a pandemic! I didn't trust that any of the dishes in the unit were clean. Also, housekeeping was questionable. There was trash on the dining room chairs and pieces of dried sausage under the couch. Again, not the standard of cleanliness I was hoping for during a pandemic stay.In regards to social distancing, I had several moments where I didn't feel it was being adequately enforced. I did a carryout from Dylan's, and there was no touchless pay options (staff handled my credit card, I had to handle their pen) which is OK if you have readily available hand sanitizer (they did not; I had to ask, and was provided one from somebody's purse stash). Neither the cashier nor customers in the market were wearing masks (although the cashier had one around her neck.) Walked into C-bar to look around and not a single person behind the bar was wearing a mask. And this is during a July stay, in the midst of a big surge in Nueces county. I think you can successfully visit here safely, but you have to bring your own food and drink and avoid interacting with any of the indoor staff. Cinnamon Shores itself is little strange...has a very manufactured, sterile, Truman Show feel to it. However, the beach access is great and easy, with handy beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent. Overall, it was a welcome break and I would do it again. Just expect that their claims of "Coastal distancing" are lip service and they aren't consistently practicing it.

Our only complaint was the dishwasher did not clean well, so we just hand washed.

Summer Vacation

Had issues with the AC...homeowner programmed it to a warm 76 degrees and the system couldn’t be overridden. It was very warm in the bedrooms and difficult to sleep as a result...with the sun, it felt even hotter than 76 inside. We went to the office twice and had maintenance come to the room to fix it, but it kept going back up to 76 degrees. Finally, on our last day of the stay, the owners gave maintenance the code to override. At checkout, the front desk only said that they would notify the owners and offered a bottle of water.

I like the new Townhouses

Reviewer Comments: We (2 families of 4 ea) stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed just about everything- plenty of room, easy access to stuff and when the retail strip gets built out, I could see us returning here. We did have a breaker trip and still not sure how, but knocked out our master bedroom outlets/lights. We're pretty easy going and did our best to locate the breaker panel, but it was locked in the owners closet - resolved the next day. Anyway, the place was super clean, parking was easy and we loved being directly across from the town center and restaurant. We could easily pop back in to our place for whatever and be back hanging at the green in under 2 min. I don't think we turned on the TV once - maybe the kids did upstairs to play a video game. My only gripe is the completely unusable for sitting bar depth - extend the bar so folks can actually sit up there and chat with folks in the kitchen.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second trip to Cinnamon Shore. Overall the condo is nice and well laid out. Everything worked, was clean, and was generally updated well. We did have a few items missing that could take it over the top.There are almost no hooks to hang towels/swimsuits anywhere. In the upstairs shared bathroom (to be potentially shared by up to 6 people) there are only two towel "spots". There are 3 more outside the door, but you don't really want to hang a wet swimsuit in a narrow hallway on what looks like a decorative hook. It would be nice to have a few more hooks on the backs of doors, etc.We liked the unit because of the bedroom and bathroom downstairs, which allowed our parents to come and not worry about the stairs. The bathtub/shower was very slippery though and we had to go buy a shower mat so they wouldn't slip and fall. There were no hotpads/oven mitts in the kitchen. There was 1 "kitchen towel" and that was it, so pulling things out of the oven or having a safe place to put them was tricky. There were a ton of pillows (more than enough), but only 1 spare pillow case, so several people had to go without pillow cases or try to wrap a sheet around them.Also, as of the summer of 2019, there is heavy construction going on right out the "back door". It blocks access to the outdoor shower and the "official" parking spots, with a heavy duty gas generator frequently running right outside. Things weren't very noisy inside, but we had to find a different outdoor shower to use to rinse the sand off when coming back from the beach and sometimes struggled to find parking spots on busy nights where things were going on in the circle (like movie night). I'd for sure stay at Cinnamon Shore again. For this property, I'd probably either be sure to bring extra supplies or possibly look for other options.
