We loved our stay at Port ‘O Call! The unit was well-appointed. This area of the island is quiet. We will be back!

Lovely Condo on the beach with pool

The upstairs bedroom didn't have enough air circulation to be comfortable during such a hot week. the condo itself was very clean and nice. the building, specifically the elevator needed some cleaning multiple days we were there, someone spilled fluids from trash and it didn't get cleaned up as well as dog pee. It smelled horrible. so the rest of the time we stuck to the stairs which was just fine. the proximity to the pool and the beach was wonderful! we rented bikes and enjoyed riding 7 minutes up to the restaurants and shops within Wild Dunes resort. Outside of Wild Dunes we took a Lyft.

Really nice condo. Spacious, quiet, etc… The only complaint was we were expected to run the dish washer prior to checking out and the dish detergent wasn’t supplied. In my mind, if that’s the only issue, this place is great!

Everything was clean. The furnishing and decorations were fine. It looks like some work was done on the place recently. By that, I mean work was done recently and/or that the property is well maintained. The beach around Wild Dunes is better than I have seen in a while. Our experience with Island Rental was great! Their operation is about as smooth as can be.

Fall Beach Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tidewater I302 was the perfect Wild Dunes property for our fall getaway. Located steps from the beach, we had perfect view to the morning sunrise from the porch and the loft crows nest. The condo was clean, spacious and efficient offering all the amenities of home. The screened porch was a lovely extra, allowing us to eat outside without having to fight insects. Tidewater is a smaller complex on the north end of the island offering a more private stay with less noise and traffic. Island Realty made check-in and check-out very easy. We highly recommend this property and hope to rent again next time our travels take us to Isle of Palms.

It was clean and we enjoyed the deck overlooking the ocean / we had noWater or power in Asheville due to storms so this was goodfor 4 days / with a few updates on toilets and table I’d rent again but not until that’s done / thx to island reality staff formuch help during our storm trip / DJ

Tropical Storm disaster

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked for 8 days, and the tropical storm came to the area 2 days in. With the flooding and emergency concerns and notifications we decided to evacuate the area. I do realize there is trip insurance that can be purchased, but given the circumstances mother nature provided, the management company just said "sorry". The property was very nice and in a good location. I will not be booking through Island Realty again.

Better than a Hotel

With a family of four there was plenty of room and much better then paying the price of 2 hotel rooms! This place was updated a bit and we appreciated those special details. Primary shower head needs more water pressure or to be updated. Great location close to the beach. We really like the Tidewater condos we have rented. We will stay again if available to rent next time.

Review of our Christmas Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed another vacation on IOP. This was our 20+ year at the beach at Christmas. The Unit was nice, but the furniture was disappointing. The sofa certainly needs replacing as it was very uncomfortable as it had no support. Also, it faced a wall; not the TV.Because of all the rains, it was very difficult to find an access point to get to the beach. The properties might consider some kind of walkway that is elevated in case of flooding. People were having to walk over the dunes and making their own paths. I'm sure this isn't the first time the tides were so high or there was large amount of rainfall. We look forward to returning next Christmas again.

Top floor beach view

It was a very nice property with a perfect view of the ocean. The screened in porch was perfect for family meals and relaxing. The 2nd outdoor porch on the floor above gave great views of the surrounding area. The pool was perfect for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!
