Welcome to The Twin Bells!
Prime West Plaza Location: Our delightful home is tucked away in a serene neighborhood, yet just a short stroll from a variety of bars, restaurants, and attractions. Everything you wish to explore in Kansas City is within easy reach!
Note: This home is situated next to its twin, Bello, and both can be rented together through a separate listing.
The Space:
This unique property offers two side-by-side bungalows, each featuring a shared fenced yard and off-street driveway parking. Recently updated, it’s ideally located in the historic Westport area, just steps from KU Medical Center and the lively 39th Street District. A quick 5-minute drive will take you to The Plaza, and you'll also be close to Crossroads, Downtown, and other key city spots. Enjoy the convenience of walking to numerous restaurants and shops, with easy access to highways as well.
Important: Sleeping Arrangement/House Layout
Please carefully review the layout before booking. This home includes three beds, all situated on the second floor, accessible by stairs. The bedrooms share a single entrance, so guests in the second bedroom will need to pass through the first to reach the stairs, bathroom, and the rest of the house.
House Bella:
Queen Bed + 2 Single Beds: The current layout forms one large bedroom with no full separation, just a doorway. We are planning to add a door for increased privacy.
Each home comfortably accommodates 4-6 guests, including couches, one of which is a pull-out bed.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including dishes, flatware, glasses, serving dishes, and cookware, making meal preparation simple. If you prefer dining out, numerous local restaurants are just steps away.
Living Area:
Relax in the living area with a smart TV featuring Roku, where you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime accounts. Please remember to log out before you check out.
Bathroom and Laundry:
The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with plush bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. An in-unit washer and dryer are also available, complete with laundry detergent.
Outdoor Space/Parking:
Enjoy the fenced-in back patio, ideal for dining or relaxing outdoors. Off-street driveway parking is provided, though the garage is not accessible to guests. You’ll have one parking space in the driveway, with ample street parking available in front of the home. Please be considerate of other guests.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to one unit, with each house offering its own entrance, parking, and complete use of the space. Keyless entry allows for flexible check-in and check-out times, with the code provided before your arrival.

Please be mindful of neighbors and avoid blocking their parking spots or driveways
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Violating the no-party rule may result in eviction, forfeiture of rent, and a potential $2000 fine.
Local Guests: Please contact us before booking. Local guests require prior authorization or approval. We reserve the right to decline bookings from local guests who do not comply with our pre-screening process or house rules.
