We offer a cozy two bedrooms in a quiet neighborhood near several great locations in the Kansas City area. The bus line is right in the corner, which will give you free transportation to many downtown attractions, such as the Power and Light district, Museum, or Union Station. If you have a car, many attractions in KC are within 10-15 minutes of driving. University of Missouri at Kansas City is not far away.
No pet allowed inside the house. No smoking inside the property.
There are security cameras near front and back doors.
The rate is for one guest. Each additional guest will pay $10 per night.

Perfect host. This was a business trip mixed with seeing g family. Great space, kitchen fully equip.

Central to the city, easy access, lots of room to spread out. Worked perfectly for a business/ see family for a week. Great host!

Convenient location

This property is in an older part of Kansas City that seems to be in the middle of a slow urban renewal. It was very clean on the inside and in front, though there was quite a bit of lumber and construction debris around the sides and back. Communication with the owner was also easy and responsive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The host did excellent job with cleaning, and decorating the house. He’s also very quick to respond to my inquiries, when I have them. William is an awesome host! The property is also very secure and we were able to enter with an actual key, that we kept on a keychain. The house definitely has a vintage old house charm. Amenities were provided as the listing shows. It was definitely a memorable stay for my husband and I:-)

Didn’t have much interaction with the host. Messaged them twice to let them know when we were going to be gone for a week and when we vacated and did not get a response. The pictures on the listing do not match what the house actually looks like inside. It states in the listing that you can use the yard, but there is a lot of stuff in the yard and a trailer with stuff in it in the yard. It was an okay place to sleep, but definitely will not be back. Just did not have a choice with my son and wife’s surgeries.
