Esta encantadora casa de campo recientemente reformado, está seguro de despertar su lado romántico. Situado a pocos pasos de distancia del estrecho de Long Island, la brisa del mar y puestas de sol no te decepcionará.
Nuestra casa de 1950 ha sido completamente renovada para generar una sensación romántica suave. La vista frente al mar es simplemente impresionante.
La casa tiene una cocina completa, cama de matrimonio y sala de estar con vistas al estrecho de Long Island.
Mi mamá y mi papá compró esta propiedad en los años 50 después de buscar un lugar tranquilo para traer a mi hermana y yo durante nuestras vacaciones de verano.
El Tenedor del Norte se ha vuelto muy popular en los últimos 20 años más o menos, pero no ha perdido su singularidad. Esta casa tiene la mejor ubicación en nuestro complejo de la familia, todo por su auto en un acantilado con vistas al estrecho de Long Island. Le pasa a ser casa de huéspedes 'niñeras' pero nos encanta compartir nuestro "pedacito de cielo".

Adorable Cottage in Beautiful Setting

This was a perfect, private getaway, with beautiful views and gentle breezes of the Long Island Sound as well as brilliant sunsets and starry night skies. The ultimate in serenity and relaxation. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely be returning.

Absolutely beautiful & wonderfully pleasant!

Stephen's cottage is beautiful and serene. Breakfast on the deck overlooking the ocean was unmatched. The cottage is a short bike or drive to both Greenport and Southhold, which was awesome for all of our activities. Stephen was very responsive and quick to respond to any of our inquiries. Cannot recommend this spot enough!

Paradise on the North Fork

"Wow!" is the theme of this review! Not only is the location incredible - situated right on the bluff, with steps down to the beach, a big grassy lawn and incredible sunsets - but the host was so friendly and helpful. The cottage is in fantastic condition - comfy bed and couch, fully stocked kitchen, great water pressure and a big tub - and it was hard to tear myself away most days even though there are so many lovely things to do in the North Fork. This is really a find and I'm so grateful to Stephen and his family for sharing this little slice of paradise. I can't wait to go back!

Lovely and very comfortable cottage; stunning views.

The cottage was perfect for the two of us and exceeded my expectations. It was immaculate and well stocked with nice fluffy towels, soft sheets, plenty of shampoo and body wash. There were gorgeous views from all rooms of Long Island sound and we saw beautiful sunsets and dawns. Stephen was a pleasure to deal with; quite responsive and friendly. The locations was perfect. I recommend the Cottage at Sunset Bluff in Greenport. Highly. 5 stars!!!!

Perfect Location!

Best spot in Greenport. Peaceful and beautiful ocean view. Cottage is adorable and clean. Private beach just steps from your lawn. We were the only ones on the beach. Downtown Greenport and restaurants just a short ride. Stephen and Donna were wonderful hosts!

An unbelievable gem on the North Fork

This is the first place I've ever stayed on a vacation (vacation rental, hotel or otherwise) where I wish I could give more than five stars in a review. The cottage is absolutely phenomenal. Everything was perfect. The private beach and the sunsets were truly amazing. Stephen and Donna could not be nicer people and we are extremely grateful to them for making their incredible waterfront property available for relatively ordinary folks like us.

Beautiful sunset cottage

The pictures don't do it justice. The views are spectacular and it's the most calm setting to take in a sunset over the sound. Stephen, the owner, is great. Friendly, attentive, and willing to provide recommendations or solve any small issue immediately. Can't recommend staying here more. It's a 5 minute drive to Greenport Harbor and 5-10 minutes to a slew of wineries/breweries.

Romantic getaway!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful spot and enjoyed it thoroughly! The sunsets truly were spectacular! Very comfortable bed and everything was new and clean. The North Fork is a very special place. Wonderful vacation!

LI Sound Retreat

We loved our stay at this cottage on the Sound. The cottage has been updated and the views of the Sound are incredible. Close to downtown Greenport and all the North Fork wineries. And the hosts are great.

Beautiful Escape

We stayed June 26th-30th at the Cottage on Sunset Bluff and could not have been more pleased with everything. Stephen and Donna are wonderful hosts; and have a stunning property directly on Long Island Sound.. Modern yet cozy, the cottage has everything you may need during your stay, and the views from the deck are truly special. We visited many of Greenport's terrific wineries and restaurants, hiked on Shelter Island, and took a shopping trip to the Hampton's. An of course, those amazing sunsets. We are already planning another trip back!

Perfection on the Bluffs!

This cottage is pure magic ! The sunset bluffs are to die for - watching the sun fall into the water and you hear the tranquil sounds of the water was beyond perfection! Perfect place to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Stephen was the perfect host - we will be back !

Greenport Weekend

Super property with lots of privacy and a killer view of Long Island Sound. Nicely equipped very large studio cottage with deck, grill, well laid out galley kitchen with dishwasher, large bath with soaking tub with water view and separate stall shower. Very comfy bed and separate sofa with easy to use TV with cable. Easy access to Greenport and Southold with plenty to do, see, eat and drink. Highly recommended.

Perfection on the water

The property is even more beautiful than the pictures show. It’s a great spot that is just 5 minutes from downtown Greenport. It’s easy to get to and has perfect views over the water. Stephen was so nice and great to help when needed.

We had an amazing stay at Sunset Bluff. Pictures do not due it justice. The hosts were attentive and the place was clean and beautiful! Highly recommend this perfect spot. Close to wineries and some awesome restaurants! Beach walk right off back of property was great! Will be back!
