Southold vacation

Lovely property, with easy access to a private, shared sandy beach. Perfect for a family vacation, with plenty of beach things (SUP, toys, chairs, bikes). Kristi was incredibly responsive and helpful, going out of her way to make this a wonderful vacation Would highly recommend

Excellent

Wonderful vacation with my family and a big part of it was the house. Super clean and a great location in southold. Beach was a short walk as well as super convenient to a grocery store, wineries and breweries. A lot of amenities in the house which we took full advantage of. Would highly recommend!

Short comfortable stay for wedding

This is a great relaxing spot in a convenient but quiet location. Short walk to a beautiful private beach. Very comfortable, easy no hassles place to stay. We enjoyed it!!

We had an event that we needed to attend in the area.

Nice, clean and well executed home with all supplies you would need. Easy to drive and lots to do in the area. I would stay and recommend this property.

Great stay

The house is clean and comfortable and just a short walk to the beach. It was just as advertised, and we had a great time! Kristie, the property manager, was also great.

Great Getaway!

The house was amazing! Even better than advertised and was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Kristie was easy to communicate with and provided us with some great recommendations. The back porch area was great and a perfect place to relax with a group. We can’t wait to come back!

Best place to stay!!!!!

Not enough time and space to list how wonderful this home is as well as the owner, Kristie, herself. We have stayed in several homes in the area in the past but nothing compares to this newly renovated, perfectly decorated and relaxing home. It was stocked with what we needed for a home cooked family dinner (minus the food itself). It had the baby items we needed and even bikes for a morning ride. Plenty of towels, extra sheets, etc. We are planning on staying again!

Wonderful Family Weekend

The house was a perfect fit for our family. House is clean, easy check in, plenty of information on areas for you to explore. The beach access was a short walk away. We spent alot of time in the backyard, with plenty of outdoor games for the children to play. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and or return again! Thank you Kristie

Perfect fall weekend getaway!

This house allowed us to have a perfect fall weekend getaway! The house is adorable. Clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We enjoyed eating meals on the back deck. Private beach is a short walk down the road. The house is in a quiet area but close to all of the farms, wineries and fun fall activities. We will be back!

Just bring yourself - perfect spot for a relaxing North Fork Getaway.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. It was just my little family of three but the house would be great for two families. The home is clean, spacious, and truly has everything you need (linens, toys, kitchen needs, beach chairs, beach toys, bikes, etc). The house is a short walk to the bay which is serene and perfect for kids it is alsoConveniently located by many North Fork attractions. Kristie is also a great host. She responds quickly to any inquiries and is very communicative. We had a wonderful time and will be back!

Comfortable home near beach

Our family spent 2 weeks here in July. The house has great AC and has a large living area and deck, as well as a beautiful kitchen and large indoor dining table. The neighborhood is quiet and adorable - we saw families of wild turkeys roaming and lots of bunnies. The little beach down the road is great for tweens who want something beyond totally calm water. Perfect running distance to Cedar Beach. Great outdoor shower and grill. Kristie was always readily available when we had questions in the lead up to and during our stay.

Great time on North Fork

This is a wonderful, well maintained, up to date property. The house is great and the host provides everything you could want for a beach get away - boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck, playing in the big backyard, walking down the block to the secluded beach, and more. We plan to come back soon. Highly recommend.

Lovely Home on the North Fork

This sweet and adorable home fit our three families very comfortably! We all loved the space and the tasteful design and decoration. We felt at home! This location was perfect for our family to be together as we were attending a very special occasion of a family wedding. The design of the home allows for privacy and time together which was wonderful! Beautiful home, well equipped, and in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and tidy with plenty of towels and lovely Cotten sheets. We had great communication with the host and highly recommend this home for anyone traveling to the North Fork.

couldn't have asked for better

we had an amazing stay at kristie's house this summer and loved every minute of our vacation in the north fork. the house is immaculate, fully stocked and even had toys for our boys! great location in the north fork for visits to greenport, southold fish market and even the hamptons (if you're willing to take a short drive). kristie gave us tons of recommendations for things-to-do in the area and we checked out everything. hugely recommend this rental and we will definitely rent again if we return to the north fork!
