Our spacious 5 Bedroom 4 bath home is located in a gated community that is around 30 minutes from Disney park attractions. The large screened in pool area features a large covered lanai and the pool looks out over to the Disney parks where at night you can see the fireworks.

Our modern style home has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can sleep up to 10 people and offers each member of the family a space of their own. The kitchen, dining, and living area is a spacious open-plan concept allowing your family to spend quality time in multiple areas. The home is fully air-conditioned with a comfy family living area with seating for 6, a flat-screen TV and a window overlooking the pool.
Our kitchen has a table that seats 4 and a fully equipped kitchen consisting of a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge/freezer, toaster, and all utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table seating 8 for family meals before and after a fun-packed day at the parks with windows overlooking the pool area.


We have 5 bedrooms here so plenty of space for larger families and there is also a games room for days you want to kick back and have fun at home.


2 Master Bedrooms both located on the 2nd floor, 1st master has a King-size bed and a walk-in closet. The adjoining ensuite bathroom has a double basin, walk-in shower, garden bathtub and separate toilet.


The 2nd Master bedroom also has a King-size bed with a large sliding-door closet. The adjoining ensuite bathroom has a double basin, walk-in shower, garden bathtub and separate toilet.


Bedroom 3 is located on the 1st floor with a queen-size bed and has a small walk-in closet, flat screen TV and a window that overlooks the front yard. There is a full bathroom located opposite the bedroom with a double basin and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 4 is located on the 2nd floor and has 2 single-sized beds with Mickey Mouse accents, with a sliding door closet, a flat-screen tv and a door to the hallway bathroom.
Bedroom 5 also is situated on the 2nd floor and is just opposite bedroom 4 and the hallway bathroom. It has 2 single-sized beds, a small walk-in closet and Harry Potter accents.
The hallway bathroom on the 2nd floor with door to bedroom 4 has a single basin and bathtub/shower combo and is conveniently located by bedrooms 4 and 5.


Outdoor Living - Enjoy our private pool, perfect for relaxing in the Florida sun on rest days from the big Orlando attractions.
Our deck is fully screened accompanied by outdoor seating and loungers. The pool deck is east-facing allowing you and your family to start your day having breakfast with the sun at our outdoor dining table.

Our home is not suitable for events or parties.
We have strict Homeowner Association rules regarding noise and we appreciate all guests that accommodate these so that any neighboring guests can enjoy their stay.
We only allow two cars in front of our property as there are parking spaces for 2.
Our quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Our support team is always on hand for guests. We provide excellent customer service ensuring that you are our priority. We carry out maintenance and repairs conscientiously and diligently ensuring repair work is resolved as quickly as possible and we keep everyone informed of the progress.

Pool Heat - $40 per night

It is important to remember that the pool heaters will not heat the pool to bath temperature but will take the chill off the water. The pool heating generally makes the water warm enough to comfortably swim, but not hot. During the cooler months of the year the pool may still feel ‘fresh’ but not icy cold.
