¡Bienvenido a nuestra hermosa villa de estilo mediterráneo!

Esta hermosa y bien mantenida casa de vacaciones con un plano de planta abierto está lista para ti. ¡Hay mucho espacio para todos!
También tenemos un sistema de alarma para su uso.

El salón es enorme y sin mencionar la cocina muy grande con una isla. La elegante y grandiosa escalera le da la bienvenida a esta villa de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños.

Tenemos un dormitorio principal con un hermoso baño en suite y una cama king size, el segundo dormitorio también tiene una cama king size, el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y el cuarto dormitorio tiene una cama matrimonial.
También una trona y pack n play para los más pequeños.

Cocina totalmente equipada, baño en la planta baja tiene acceso desde el área de la piscina, Wifi gratuito y llamadas locales y nacionales a los Estados Unidos y Canadá.

La sala de lavandería tiene una gran lavadora de carga superior y secadora separada, tabla de planchar y plancha, y esto conduce a la sala de juegos.

También hay una caja fuerte en la villa para su uso.

La sala de juegos tiene una mesa de billar, air hockey y un juego de baloncesto para entretenerse.

En la parte posterior hay un lanai cubierto de cuerpo entero, una gran piscina, spa, una terraza pavimentadora privada y sin vecinos traseros. Esta casa esta lista para ti!

Código de seguridad puerta de entrada. No hay que dejar y recoger la llave.

High Grove es una comunidad cerrada y también cuenta con una impresionante casa club con juegos recreativos, gimnasio, billar, piscina y golf enano.

Great Stay!

This home was exactly what we were looking for, the pool and hot tub made it extra special. It was spacious and comfortable and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great place for the family

This property was prefect for our multi generational family to stay in and enjoy the warm weather for the week. Prefect space and beds, the young adults enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Great Experience

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well accommodating towards our needs. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend and re-book for future stays while vacationing in Orlando, Florida.

Great fit for what we needed

There was lots of space for our family of 4, and we loved the outdoor screened in pool area. Everything was clean and the location was great. Had a minor issue with the lock on the door, and they were quick to repond and address the issue.

Relaxing Anniversary Trip

Celebrating our first anniversary! We loved the pool and hot tub! Enjoyed the game room ( pool, air hockey, and basketball). Need new pool sticks. I want my next washer and dryer to be that big! Lynn responded to emails quickly. Only complaint was that comforters/ bedspread need some help You will love it if you stay here

Great family vacation

This property was exactly as described. Beautiful inside and out and CLEAN! Communication with Ms. Lynn was fantastic, she is great to deal with. Easy check in and great location. 20 minutes from Disney, and close to shopping and restaurants. The kids loved the pool and game room. The only complaint we had was the beds were not the most comfortable, but after long exhausting days it didn’t really matter because you are too exhausted to care. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Thank you again, Ms. Lynn for renting your beautiful home out.

Disney Marathon Weekend

This property was great for us. We were in bed early and out the door early for 5 am race starts so it was important to us to be in a quiet neighborhood. This place fit the bill perfectly. The sound didn’t even carry from room to room. The place was big and laid out well. Close to grocery stores and super easy to get to the parks.

Plenty of room for all

This house was a great size for our group of 7. Having 3 bathrooms was great. The pool, spa & game room in garage were great for the kids. We did have issues with the pool & spa not heating the first day, but it was resolved by that evening. The garage does smell funky, but the kids didn't mind. We felt very safe in this gated, well-lit community. The alarms for the doors gave us added security. Plenty of towels for showers & the pool. We had a great stay!

Our Holiday Stay

The house was perfect for our family size. We had a great time and enjoyed our accommodations. The only downfall was that we didn't know that we had to pay extra to heat the pool and hot tub. Also, one of the shower doors was off track, but thank God my son-in-law knew how to fix it. And the downstairs bathroom had a slow drain, but he fixed that too.

Nice home.

Quiet neighborhood close to most Orlando destinations. Hot tub and pool were very nice additions. Beds were comfortable. Home had most basic amenities, including the kitchen. Although blender didn’t work and no additional trash bags or dish soap was provided. Not a big deal, but those are just basics that one would assume could remain available in a home. Very enjoyable stay overall.

Great Location for a Disney Trip

We just returned from a nine day stay in this home. The best detail about the house is the location! It is a very easy drive to and from Disney or Universal. Lynn was very quick to respond to any issue we had. She also refunded the pool heat fee when we were unable to heat the pool due to the extreme cold outside. Our bad luck to be in Florida when it was crazy cold. On the bright side, no sunburns!

Overall a good stay.

The place is nice, with good amenities, but communication could be slightly improved. The extra cost of heating the pool is not clear in the description of the home, and it is hidden within the listing and very hard to find. Other reviews mention the home's decor, and while I strongly agree, that doesn't impact the stay, it only impacts their personal revenue. The most significant frustration is the beds. Other than the master bedroom, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable; you can feel each spring and hear them even with the slightest movement. The master bed is excellent, though. Overall it was a great place to stay, we even had an issue with the pool heater, and they fixed it the next day, which was excellent. Overall it is a good place to stay, with lots of space and activities for the kids!

Great place to stay as a staging area for the parks

This place was really nice. It was located in a gated community right off 27 and near Disney and 35 mins from the airport. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed the convenience of having quick shopping options and fast bites less than a mile away. The grounds were well kept and someone kept putting the trash can at the curb for us. Cool. Pro tip: There's only the bare consumables there, so hit publix or walmart for the essentials (bathroom tissue, paper towel, washing powder). Also, keep an eye out for the little lizards. We caught a few little ones skulking around the kitchen floor. I grabbed them with a tissue and tossed them back outside. They're everywhere in Florida, so it was no biggie. They are beneficial to the eco system. The pool was well kept and provided a nice break for times we didn't feel like dealing with all the construction on I4, 417 and the mayhem of Disney traffic. We enjoyed our stay and we'll be back. It was well worth the money. There was even a Playstation there for the kids to enjoy. Good work Lynn and team

Insurance scammer

On our arrival to the house we were pleased because the house itself was gorgeous, spacious and everything we were looking for! We got to the house late at night from a long flight, as we were unpacking and getting ready for bed we noticed when we laid down that the blankets had a foul smell like body odor and did not seam like they were washed at all! Very unsanitary especially for being in a pandemic. When we called to inform her she did admit that the blankets were in fact not washed! We were so shocked and ended up having to wash the blankets. In the morning when we woke up to take a shower we also noticed the towels had a foul smell and did not seamed washed either! So far not a good first night. Also the two of the upstairs TVs did not work and were basically useless in our stay. In the morning when we went to go swimming we noticed the hot tub was not hot and the pool heater was not working as well we were very disappointed because we were charged a pool fee! Also 2 of the screens that protect the backyard from bugs & lizards were missing. We had babies there so we were worried about mosquitoes & other insects around. We tried calling for the owner to fix the pool but she took quite a while to respond back and the pool and hot tub were not fixed till the our final day. There were no essential items such as toilet paper, napkins, and hand soap! Never stayed at a house where these items were not provided especially because we were charged such high fees. A few days into the stay the hot tub and pool were still not heated and water was spilling out like crazy from the pool pump. Another major disappointment because we didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much as we wanted! The owner was very hard to reach and hardly returned our calls! In all our years with VRBO our family has never had any issues. After a week returning home we noticed there was a additional charge for the pool the owner is claiming that we broke /tampered with the pool. We never touched anything to do with the pool. She accused us of tampering with the alarm as well. I feel like this person is attempting insurance fraud. It’s a shame because we did nothing and actually tried to make the most out of this stay but it seamed like every time we tried to another problem happened. Owner also admitted after our stay that she had cameras throughout the house unlawfully watching us undisclosed. Please be cautious when renting. Insurance scammer

Facile d’accès mais préparez vous à entendre les autos car l’autoroute est pas loin derrière. Communication avec l’hôte très facile. Lisez l’annonce au complet et tous les paragraphes partout pour pas avoir de surprises, c’est pas la première maison que je loue mais la première que le papier de toilette n’est pas inclus sauf les 3 premiers rouleau, le bbq est locatif, la piscine et spa pour être chauffée on doit aussi payer. Je recommande pas, il y a beaucoup mieux ailleurs pour le même prix
