Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Garden Grove retreat. This cool house offers a tremendous stay for guests with its gorgeous interior and cozy ambiance. With 3 queen beds, everyone will have a comfortable place to rest. The house is equipped with full kitchen, strong WiFi, a washing and dryer machine, an iron, heating & AC. The 2 full bathrooms feature hair dryers and showers. Additionally, there is an extra living room with 2 sofa beds. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

We are grateful for the opportunity to have stayed in this gem. After a long drive we arrived to a clean, open concept, spacious guest house. The ambiance was both relaxing and peaceful. The exterior was beautifully landscaped. The hostess was kind and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to future visits.

Quiet getaway

The house is situated as a guest house. House was clean, tidy, and very nice. The yard was lovely too. The hosts also left some thoughtful amenities which were much appreciated. We were about 15 easy minutes to Disneyland using surface streets too! Highly recommend!

Hidden Garden Grove Treasure

My wife and I needed a central location to attend our oldest grandson's wedding in Anaheim and visit our daughter (Grandson Mom) in Fountain Valley. This place (Paddy Boutique) was perfect. It was quiet and clean and was a separate guest house surrounded by a beautiful backyard of green with singing birds. Although we didn't spend a lot of time there because of the wedding and visiting family, we felt secure and isolated from hustle and bustle of the surrounding city. Alex was a great communicator. However, be sure to ask about parking if your group has more than one vehicle because offstreet parking is very limited (no problem for one vehicle).

Worst Experience Ever

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had booking a rental. The communication was horrible from the property owner. We did not even know what address we were supposed to drive to and I had to reach out to ask when we arrived following a 12 hour travel with infants from the east side of the USA. We did not even know where to park and I had to call the property owner to come out and help direct us. We have two cars and they was only one available parking spot for a booking of 10 people. We reached out again to ask for directions where to park. The spot they told us to park on was being used by their family vehicle there and when we asked for updates as to where we can park, we were told we can park anywhere in the street even though there are signs regarding limited street parking availability and timing throughout the day. Upon checking the bed sheets, we found that there were very bad stains on them. I took pictures and contacted to the property owner to ask if they had different sheets. Their response was if we did not like it then we can leave. It was late in the day and we had infants so we needed to stay the night. We purchased new sheets to use and left early the next morning. Never again will I rent from this owner and I advise anyone who is thinking about it to find a different place. The property itself was not very clean and there are birds outside and bird poop smell throughout the house. Im glad we were able to find last minute accommodations elsewhere. .

Perfect location

We stayed here for a trip to Disneyland with our family of 8. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, location was close to the parks, kitchen was great for making breakfast in the morning before getting on our way! House was very nice and clean, neighborhood was quiet and cute and everyone had a great time! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great vacation in a House that really reflect VRBO!!!

The Hosts are really Super, reactive in every of our demands and are diligents.The House is sparkling clean with a ideallic situation. Every attractions are 15 to 20minuts from the House, with many restaurants near by and shopping center near by to.the House worth every dollar that they ask for.The House have every things that we need (and we are a family with a child of 11 year old) and even a massage armchair.We all really appreciate each moment in that House!!

Nice, clean and beautiful

The place is awesome with great decor. It is clean. We were a party of eight people and it was very comfortable for all of us. It is the owner’s guest house and they were very responsive and helpful. Overall a great experience!

New, large and full of natural light

The house is a fairly new ADU, surprisingly spacious, with 3 big bedrooms and large living space. It was spotless and very comfortable for our group of five adults. We slept soundly and woke up feeling refreshed, ready to attend a full day of wedding events in town. The house also has a laundry room, complete with an iron and ironing board, which was a nice bonus. With large windows, plenty of natural light, and a big mirror, it was the perfect space for us to get ready for the event. It's just a 10-minute walk to grocery stores, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. Alex was easy to communicate with and went out of his way to accommodate our request for an earlier check-in. The only thing we would have wished for was thicker blankets (we're used to them), but it didn't affect our overall comfort. I guess I could have asked Alex for that, though! Thank you for hosting!

Quiet and cozy

This home looks exactly like the pictures- it’s got plenty of space and housed our 5 adults and 4 kiddos (8-14) well. Quiet is an understatement - I swear there was no outside noise and the rooms were basically sound proof. A few things that may be helpful before you go- the rooms have ample closet space but limited drawers/shelving - this worked fine for us but may be helpful to others. I’d highly recommend this stay and hope to stay again!
