Sandy Shores West 303 is a 2-bedroom 2 bath condo with a loft that sleep 3 plus a sofa sleeper! This is a very quiet, low-density complex located in Gulf Shores, Alabama near the sugar white sand beach and is close to all of the fun in Gulf Shores. This complex is only 1.4 miles to The Hangout and is the perfect location for Hangout Fest, Shrimp Fest, and all of the great things Gulf Shores has to offer! The pool is shaded for a good part of the day making it perfect for relaxing out of the sun and is near the barbeque grills and picnic table.

The condo is furnished with full size appliances including a built-in icemaker, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The cabinets are stocked with items to prepare most meals plus a coffee maker and other small appliances.

The bedding arrangement is King primary, Queen Guest plus an upstairs loft with a bunk bed and a twin bed, plus a sofa sleeper. All of the beds are made with nice white linen. Both bedrooms adjoin the balcony and has a large sliding glass door with drapes. The primary bedroom adjoins a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The hallway bathroom also has a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The bathrooms are stocked with a supply of nice white bath linen. Bring detergent for the washer/dryer. Please bring make up wipes and beach towels.

There is a pool under the complex with the covered parking area, grills & picnic table. Bring charcoal and lighter. Each condo is allowed 2 vehicles only. Dogs are allowed. You may have up to 2 small to average size dogs or 1 large one, but no aggressive breeds allowed. Extra charges may be added for damage or extended cleaning process. Follow posted rules. Pets are not allowed on the Gulf Shores City beaches.

The beach access is just a block away on 10th street. See map. Beach vendors will rent loungers and umbrellas and other services seasonally. There are beach stores close by and plenty of restaurants and attractions!

Great family vacation!

This was the second time this summer that we stayed at this condo. It is such a short walk to the beach! I was thankful that they did in fact repair the icemaker since the last time we stayed! Everything was great and we will stay here again!

This location is great! Very short walk to the beach. Loved the covered pool and activities area complete with tv and grill. The space was clean and afforded us all the comforts of home... steps from the beach! The kitchen is fully stocked (coffee pot and Keurig, btw) and the space was perfect to accomodate 4 adults with pets. The loft space was a welcome addition of coziness. We enjoyed a very pleasant stay close to the beach, good eats, sweet treats, and everything in between was a very quick drive. Also, I really loved the walking/jogging trail right across the street (lagoon side) - peaceful mornings filled with fresh air!

We LOVED it!! It was in a great location for everything we wanted to do or needed to do!! Just a short walk to the beach. Short drive to our softball complexes. Pam was awesome to deal with!!

This property was clean and roomy enough for 6 adults and two elderly Chiweenies. The beds were so comfortable. There were enough towels for all of us. The air conditioning worked really well. The toilet seat was loose, but maintenance came and fixed really fast. The only disappointment was that the stand-alone icemaker was not working, and iced tea is our favorite. The maintenance worker stated that a professional was consulted to fix it. I hope it is fixed for our future stays because we will plan to stay here again.

Perhaps our best rental experience to date

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The unit was immaculate, and I particularly enjoyed the soft, high quality sheets. We rent through VRBO often, and this unit was the cleanest we've rented thus far. While we didn't use the kitchen much, if we had, we would've had all the utensils we needed. It was also quiet, which means our vacation was truly restful. Thank you for a lovely mini-vacation!

Loved this beachy themed condo!

We loved the loft in this condo. Not only does it look cool with a winding staircase, but it has a bunk bed and twin size bed up there. Great for kids and grand kids. The beach themed decor made it perfect for our beach vacation. It within walking distance of both the beach and the lagoon, plus there's a poolo. The property, too. It's also really close to all the souvenir stores, and restaurant! Loved it!rea

Nice place

Had to find a place quick bc of funeral, the Pam Martin group was great working with us when things changed on us. Wish there was a way arrival email doesn't get sent to spam folder. Great place, wish we had the time to enjoy a stroll to the beach but didn't work out for us. Thanks for your hospitality!

Sandy shores

We arrived on Feb 1. We were expecting some stairs, but Not 35 of them. I have COPD and could have handled the first flight (20 stairs) but the second set were killers. Not only getting all of our personal stuff up, but groceries and stuff. Could use a dumb waiter for the lift, not people, just the stuff.Otherwise, it was good. You can see the ocean between the highrises and the walk to the public access was a block away. We rode our e-bikes everywhere. The state park was wonderful. The vehicle traffic was challenging at times.Overall, it was good, except for the 35 stairs, up/down every time you want to go out.

A short walk to the beach

This property had plenty of space for the 6 of us & was a short walk to the beach. The property manager was attentive & resolved an AC issue quickly. Would definitely return.

Great last of summer vacation

The location is centralized to all of the gulf shores activity. A 5 minute walk to the beach. The place was very clean and was nice. A lot of spaces to sleep multiple people if needed. Our family had a great time and enjoyed the stay.
