We enjoyed this house, very clean, great location, host communicated well, zero issues. Even got to see a Bear and her three cubs come up to the house . Recommend this house, amazing views!

Wonderful Getaway

What an awesome cabin and experience in Gatlinburg! We enjoyed the scenery and had a wonderful time at the pool! The cabin was spacious and comfortable with awesome bathrooms! Would come back again!

What an amazing property! Plenty of space to enjoy! Close to several travel options! Easy to find, easy to check in and had everything we needed. Make sure to lock your car doors at all times and follow the instructions when it comes to Black Bears. Great space, great views and would definitely book again!

Family mountain trip

Wonderful home!! 5 stars! Very clean, accurate description. Location was perfect, close enough to town but up in the mountains for that perfect view. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful time here and the Cabin was great. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The check in was easy, and overall a great time. We loved the views from the main level deck as well as the upper deck. Kids really enjoyed the pool table and arcade machine. We were only about 10-15 minutes from the park and it was a beautiful drive every time we went. Lastly, outside. We saw lots of bears. At least one a day. Always felt very safe and never threatened but was great for the kids and us to see them outside. Without a doubt, we are already looking forward to and starting to plan our return trip. Great host/ great property equals great stay.

Better than Pictures!

The property was very clean and views were fantastic. We spent lots of time on the wrap around porch. The location was in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so it was easy to visit both. Beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets to keep warm at night. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Downstairs bedroom bed not made. Sheets in the dryer and sheets thrown over the pool table and chairs. No paper towels. No starter of soap in bathrooms. Bathtubs not cleaned. Not enough outdoor seating on each floor. The cleaning Lady rushed in after we arrived and made bed and said if we needed to use the dryer to just set the sheets out. Not a good first impression.

Weekend in the Smokies

This location was great for quick access to the park. Ski Mountain Road was a scene drive and allowed us to bypass the traffic of town. There are two quick markets on the road which is convenient. There are cabins on both sides of the rental. The views offer sunset and sunrise over the mountains. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and met our needs!

Great Cabin!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely cabin. I will say I was shocked at the hills (mountains) and curves to get to it. But that is Gatlinburg! Once there it is beautiful. It was so nice to have 3 king size bedrooms and our own bathrooms for once! Really helps with all adult children. We enjoyed cooking breakfast together and the kitchen is really nice -but bring your own cookware. I ended up leaving a pan there to help the next person. We loved the gameroom in the basement. We didn't have a chance to check out the pool or hot tub but I'm sure they are nice. We saw some bears - what a treat. Loved it! Thanks again for such a nice place to stay!

Beautiful, clean cabin

We really enjoyed this cabin. Was perfect for what we needed. Cleanliness is always my top priority so I appreciated that it was newer and clean. The hot tub was clean, as well. The kitchen only has the basics, so make sure your bring what you need, even oven mitts! We struggled taking stuff out of the oven and grill without them. The beds were very comfortable but bring blankets as the quilts are quite thin. All of this was generally communicated by the property manager beforehand, but it’s helpful to read specifics. Beautiful setting, convenient to Gatlinburg and associated attractions. We really enjoyed it!

Family weekend get away

We decided to take a weekend get-a-way with a 4 month old & 3 year old. Took a chance on this beautiful new cabin. The host communicated with me up until I checked in. The check in process is a breeze. Instructions were very clear and straight forward. Host also reassures you they won’t just pop up on you, they give you your privacy unless you need them! House has alarm ( which I love with a sleep walking toddler) and is very secure. Within an hour of being there, we were sitting downstairs in the game room and I happened to look out of the window to see a bear. The windows were perfect height for me to put my toddler up there and allow her to see it up close and personal. Whatever you do, make sure there’s no food in your car and lock your doors! The curious little fellow hopped right up on the side of my car, and we tapped on the window and he continued to roam further. I would recommend bringing toys if you have littles. The game room is equipped with two tv’s which was very convenient for us to play music and shoot pool and also keep up with the game. The cabin was very clean and put together. Beautiful view of the mountains and it’s right in between all of the attractions. We will definitely rent this cabin again!

The house was great. Beds very comfortable, everything very clean and kitchen well stocked for our needs. The main area was very cozy and the game room was lots of fun with a bar and ice machine too. Each room has a fantastic luxurious King bed and are on 3 separate floors for added privacy. Would definitely recommend.

It was a beautiful cabin and spot. The views from the porches were amazing. Hot tub and game room was an huge bonus. Easy access to downtown Gatlinburg. Especially if you drive to the welcome center which was probably a 5 min drive and hop on the free trolley to downtown. The trolley also went to Pigeon Forge as well for a small fee. It was great that every room had its own bathroom. Only compliant, which other reviewers also noted, was that the kitchen pans and that were sparse. If you plan on cooking I would highly recommend bringing your own spices, aluminum foil, bags/containers to save food, and cooking oil as well as toilet paper if you are staying more than 2 days. The comforters on the bed are also thin but nothing that bringing your own blanket doesn’t fix. Overall would recommend this place.
