During this season, Mexico City may experience higher-than-usual temperatures. While air conditioning is not common in the city, we have considered your comfort and each room is equipped with a portable fan to ensure a pleasant and cool stay.
We want all of our guests to have an incredible stay with us, always with the same quality and service, so its essential to follow the next rules:

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you wish to check in from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight), an extra fee of $15 USD will be charged. From 12:00 AM onwards, an extra fee of $30 USD will be charged.

It is strictly forbidden to access the building with anyone that has not been registered before the check-in and exceeds the maximum allowed.
Please remember to keep all building and apartment doors closed at all times.
It's important not to grant access to anyone you don’t know.
Extra fees will be charged if your towels or bed clothing are missing or in bad condition.
If you find any damage or breakdown, please let us know as soon as possible.
