Before guests arrive, the home is professionally cleaned, disinfected, and well-ventilated. We provide extra cleaning supplies you can use during your stay, so book with confidence. We look forward to hosting you at our lovely place.

- Please leave everything as it was upon arrival. Do not move furniture to prevent property damage, which may lead to possible charges.


By booking, you agree to all the following house rules on the listing:

Check-In Time: 4 PM
Check-Out Time: 11 AM

1) NO smoking or Vaping in the home, violating this rule will result in a $500 fee to de-smoke the house. If you must, please walk outside a bit away from the entrance door and close the door behind you so that smoke doesn’t go inside with wind and properly dispose of cigarette butts afterwards.

2) No food or drinks in the bedrooms. Any stained beddings or damaged items will be charged at retail costs through the booking portal as part of the process.

3) We provide the basic supplies you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper, coffee, etc.) but further supplies once initial reserve is consumed (especially for long-stay bookings), guests need to be purchased on your own.

4) Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 4 pm, and check-out is 11 am.

**Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs**: If you`d like an early check-in and/or late check-out, please let us know at least 24hrs in advance. Please note that there is an early check in / late check out fee to be paid via the booking platform

Note: Early check-in and Late check-out are subject to availability.

5) We ONLY allow non-shedding pets. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance.

Guests get their own dog bed & bowls. Any pet feces outside should be picked up immediately and disposed of responsibly.
Strictly no pets on any furniture. If pet hairs/shedding found on bedding, it will be discarded for hygiene reasons and guests will be charged retail cost of the bedding
Guests agree to pay for any damage (to furniture/wood/wall etc.) by their pets.

6) Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbours to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund for your stay—no more than the number of guests mentioned in the reservation should be at the property at any time. Any unauthorized guests will be charged an extra $75/guest/night.

7) Quiet Hours: 10 PM-8 AM. Please keep noise to an optimal level during the quiet hours.

8) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. On check out, if the space is excessively dirty, stained linens/towels, etc. you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - the price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don`t expect you to scrub the home but pick up your trash and put everything where you found it!

9) No shoes in the home. Please take them off at the front.

10) Do not wash hair down the drain.

11) Any cleaning issues or matters must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.

12) Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be cancelled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff.

13) By booking you agree not to hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents that happen at the property whether in the inside or outside areas.

*For stays longer than 14 days, it may be necessary for us to conduct a routine inspection of the unit, which typically takes 30-45 minutes. We will provide 24 hours` notice prior to the inspection, except in cases of emergency when the maintenance team needs to access the unit, in which case a shorter notice may be provided regardless of the length of stay.
HOUSE RULES:
• Below conditions will also be shared in a secure link with guests post booking confirmation to read and agree.
• No smoking allowed. By booking, you agree that violating the smoking rule you automatically forfeit your security deposit (if any), and an additional $500 charge will be applied for professional deep cleaning and `de-smoking` of the house/unit.
• Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated.
• Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit in the reservation. Any unregistered visitors will be charged $50/person/night for the full reservation.
• Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM-8AM.
• If the neighbors are disturbed, host reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund.
• Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time
• Pets are welcome (only if included in reservation), however
o Strictly no pets on any furniture. $200 deep cleaning fee for violating house rule.
o Guests agree to pay for any damage (to furniture/wood/wall etc.) by their pets.
o Guest to get own dog bed & bowls and immediately clean/pick up any waste by pets.

Excellent location, lovely vintage home not to code

Very close to the beach, lovely ambiance, nice pool. The gas stove in the kitchen was not to code, not working properly and had a strong smell of gas. Best to eat out!

Loved this renovated farmhouse with 5 large bedrooms, 2 full baths and one half bath. Living room and kitchen were a great size and easy to fit our group of 7 plus family dropping in for a day visit. Beds were comfy with really nice pillows. Everything was nice and clean. Outdoor space looks like it will be great for the warmer months.

Property needs improved maintenance including screens in windows and a thorough deep cleaning. Multiple items were ripped, stained or broken. We appreciated the size of the property and the pool, however felt that the pictures did not match our experience.

Great location, needs some maintenance

Quaint old house, some maintenance issues. Some faucets, lights, and electrical are not working properly. Cabinet and closet doors hanging off their hinges, window screens ripped. Strange layout and hard to control the temperature in the house. Needs some care. Was very clean and comfy beds. Room for everyone. Fantastic location. Would be very hot in summer.

Only would recommend because of the location.

There were several issues with the property, and the property manager did assist on some of them... but we felt incredibly misled on the actual place. 1. Property manager said no AC which is fine, but he said it has several fans and good airflow... which was not the case. The fans were inadequate and were the only things giving good airflow. Couldn't even open the some window due to no screens, otherwise they'd risk getting bugs/bug bites.2. The pool was incredibly dirty when we got there. The pool filter was not running at all due to the water level of the pool being so very low. We had to skim it every day we were there until they finally sent the pool cleaner. After that, we put water in ourselves to get the filter to actually run. The cleaner said they talked to the property manager multiple times about getting more water, but they did not want that done. 3. There were spiders, spider webs, and cobwebs everywhere. 4. There were a few outlets missing the cover and at a lower level so a kid or pet could easily have been electrocuted. 5. The house, while somewhat clean, still had dirt nearly everywhere such as the countertops in the kitchen or the drawers which seemed like they had animal droppings in there.6. The shower in the small bathroom had a mildew/mold smell and did not go away during the entire stay. 7. The shower in the attached bathroom only had one working shower head even though it had the 'rainfall' type. 8. So many lights and switches DID NOT WORK!

Séjour de pêche à Cobourg

La propriété est bien située près du centre ville dans un environnement tranquille.Vaisselle et casserole bien garnis, par contre un seul petit poêlon complètement cramé, aucune nappe ou napperon pour protéger la table en bois. Oubliez le BBQ aucun ustensile et brosse pour le nettoyer, le récipient de gras trop plein et coulait par terre. Après 10 minutes de douche plus d'eau chaude tant pis pour un gros groupe. Les auvents extérieurs sont en lambeaux et l'ensemble extérieur a besoin d'un très gros entretien. La toile de piscine avait besoin de réparation et la thermo pompe ne fonctionnait pas. Matelas et literie confortable mais pas de climatisation dans la maison. Prenez des photos, on ne sait jamais.
