"Blessings by the Sea" es una casa de campo recientemente renovada en Seaside que está ubicada cerca de la piscina familiar, la avenida Seaside y la plaza de la ciudad. El cuarto dormitorio tiene literas dobles XL, cortinas de privacidad y las literas son lo suficientemente grandes como para que los adultos puedan dormir. También hay un medio baño en el segundo piso. El segundo piso, grande y con mosquitero, se extiende a lo largo de toda la casa y está bellamente amueblado con tres comedores al aire libre. Un área de muebles de salón con un sofá, un juego de café bistro y dos sillas adicionales perfectas para leer un libro.

La escalera de caracol interior conduce a la gran torre al aire libre recientemente renovada con increíbles vistas de 360 grados de la ciudad y el golfo. En el primer piso hay un amplio porche amueblado con una zona de comedor y de estar al aire libre iluminada, perfecta para reuniones familiares. It is close to the family pool, adult pool, the playground, the town center, parks. We hope to book it again and again. It was sparkling clean, the best amenities, not to mention just gorgeous and so well done throughout... truly I can't say enough good things about this house!

Beautiful home! Great vacation!!

We had an amazing time staying at the beautiful Blessings by the Sea. It is so close to everything and had the perfect floor plan for us. It has a great open kitchen that overflows in to the family room where we spent most of our time together playing games. Beautiful oversized master was perfect downstairs. Upstairs offered us ton of space for our four children to sleep. Great outdoor dining area too. Thank you for sharing your home with us :) we will definitely come back!

This year there was an issue of sewage backup due to a blockage so we had to be moved. We will, however, rent Blessings by the Sea next year.

The upstairs king bedroom with adjoining bunk room was perfect for six girls to share and hang out ... plus there was plenty of room for two moms to have our own space AND a great place to work remotely. Our only complaint is with mother nature ... as she didn't allow as many sunny days as we'd hoped for. We'd return to this house in a heartbeat.

Just wish there was another king bed as both sons in law are tall. They have been flipping a coin but it would be great if they didn’t have to. Just a suggestion? Love the walled mirrors between houses as they offer added privacy. Great rental! Can we buy it?

Nice location, updated and very well equipped kitchen, with nice w/d. The only tiny hitch we had was the ice maker was slow to produce~ something that should not be happening with such a new appliance. Added bonus from the sweet owners was a toy box for the beach! Thank you for helping our family create beautiful memories at the very special place known as Seaside. We shall return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally good, but the office never provided the extra towels that I requested and said I would pay for. Luckily, I was never charged. The ice maker was not working and the office did send a repairman; however, he left a mess for us to clean up and he did not wear a mask. Another workman came unexpectedly to change filters and he did wear a mask and was very considerate.

Great family home for a vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just stayed a week in Blessings By The Sea. It was a great home for our extended family. The bedroom setup was great. The 2 adult bedrooms upstairs were located at either end of the hallway with the 2 bunk rooms being attached or next door to the room with the king sized bed. We were traveling with our 2 grown children and their spouses. Our daughter has 3 littles (one slept in a bunk and the twins slept in port a cribs located in the second bunk room) This kept their noise level at a minimum for our son and his wife. The Outdoor Patio was a lifesaver for keeping the grandchildren happy and gave them lots of room to play. We ended up eating most meals outside since the weather was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. One last note, the outdoor shower was a great way to quickly get the kids cleaned up from the beach. We would stay here again!

Spring Break Trip at Blessings by the Sea

There are some things about the house you must know if you are coming with more than one family... the second king bed is on the 2nd floor attached to the bunk room. Therefore, the second bedroom for adults is a queen bed and not a master. The dishwasher did not clean dishes, no matter how much we cleaned and rinsed the dishes before putting them in. The toilets run & made noises all night. The insert in the hood leaked water when it rained...It is a nice house, with lots of room, in a great location. But there were small things that could have made the stay better. Homeowners Collection is a great company though and answered all the things we needed.

The house is very well designed, VERY clean, has all of the household items you need to cook for a large family and is perfectly located in Sea Side. It is on a quiet street but only two blocks the from the market center to it was the best of both worlds. The fireworks on New Years are perfectly viewed from the top deck.
