"Happy Our" is located off Forest Street in Seaside! This beautiful 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home can sleep 18 guests and is just steps from the Seaside Town Square, which features upscale, waterfront boutiques and a variety of restaurants. Its notable features include an observation deck with 360-degree views of Seaside and partial Gulf views. There is also a covered porch with picnic seating, 2 living rooms and kitchens, and a bunk room with a private balcony. In addition to its prime location, the home also includes 4 adult bikes that are the perfect mode of transportation for cruising to-and-from the beach and around the bike trails on 30A.

The entire home is professionally decorated with stylish, coastal interiors. On the first floor, you'll find a large eat-in kitchen with premium appliances and designer finishes. The breakfast bar area has informal seating for 8, while the dining table has seating for 10. The connected living area features a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and cozy seating area with plenty of natural light shining in from multiple French doors. There is one primary bedroom suite down the hall with a king bed and a private bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and bathtub. There is also a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room on this floor.

Upstairs, there is a second primary bedroom suite which also has a king bed and private bathroom attached with a clawfoot bathtub and matching shower as the first room--perfect for soaking after a long day at the beach! The next room features a king bed and a private bathroom. There is also a room with a single king bed and a private bathroom and a room with 2 queen beds and a private bathroom down the hall.

The third floor hosts an open, secondary living room and kitchen area. The living room has a flat-screen TV, 2 sofas, and a game table, while the kitchen has a sink, beverage refrigerator, and ice maker against a wall of wood cabinets for extra storage. There is a bunk room on this floor that has 2 twin-over-full bunk beds and a private balcony attached. The third-floor bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanities.
