We were disappointed with our stay and want to provide clear, constructive feedback for both the host and future guests. We had brought some concerns to the host as soon as we got there and NEVER heard back all weekend about any of our concerns and broken furniture when we arrived.Unfortunately, several aspects of the property did not match the listing description or expected standards.The listing stated that community amenities including the pool, gym, and activity center were included. However, when we attempted to use the gym, & the pool, we were denied access and informed by the office that the entry fobs had been deactivated due to non-payment of fees. This was both embarrassing and inconvenient, and it meant we did not receive amenities that were specifically advertised as part of the stay & contributing to the cost.The home also did not meet basic cleanliness expectations. Multiple towels had visible hair on them, the floors were sticky and counters were dirty, and there were cigarette ashes on the rug next to the main bedroom bed upon arrival.Several advertised features and furnishings were broken or unusable, which significantly impacted our ability to enjoy the property. The basement theater recliners could not be used because there was no way to plug them in for power. The ping pong table was broken, a bar stool was completely separated and unsafe to use, multiple pool sticks were broken, and the wall-mounted fireplace near the pool table could not be power
