Cozy Haven is located a short 5 minute walk away from your own semi-private beach access to beautiful Caroga Lake. This one of a kind cozy cabin, is located under an hour to downtown Saratoga Springs as well as Albany, New York.
The space
This Adirondack property received a total high end renovation in the summer of 2023! Dark walnut hardwood floors, and beautiful knotty pine ceilings, accented tastefully with reclaimed hardwood beams in both the living room, bathroom, and sleeping loft.
That same high end flooring continues throughout the living room and kitchen, where an Amish built adirondack high top table sits tastefully next to beautiful white cabinetry that was finished off with butcher block countertops. This brand new kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a mini fridge, top of the line sink/fixtures, microwave, and 4 burner electric cooktop. Add ons for the kitchen include a Keurig machine for your morning coffee (K-Cups included), as well as a toaster oven.
Additional indoor space includes a cozy living room that is outfitted with a new large sectional sofa, 55 inch smart tv, and showcases numerous pieces of Adirondack decor throughout. The Cozy Haven’s interior space was outfitted elegantly with a brand new bathroom this year as well . The cabin's restroom showcases both a white tile floor and shower, knotty pine ceiling and walls, and high end fixtures.

As you head outside, you will find a stone fire pit, and 4 chairs ready for you and your family to sit, talk, and make marshmallows in your fully private yard. Your entirely fenced in yard, which is roughly 1600 square feet of outdoor living space, is a perfect area for your children and/or dog to play, as you cook dinner on our propane grill or have a few adult beverages and play one of our included board games or card games.

When it's time for bed, head on into the bedroom and you will find a comfortable king size adirondack bed, covered by an adirondack tongue and groove ceiling, and turn on our 42 inch smart tv to relax and close out your evening.
In addition to that bedroom, as you walk through the cabin you will also find a contemporary ladder leading to a cozy sleeping loft on the second level. This sleeping loft is equipped with a comfy queen size bed that is easily accessible for both children and adults.
