Nestled in the heart of the award wining Tiger Run Resort, we hope you find our home to be a soothing escape from your daily grind. Think of our chalet here in Tiger Run resort like adventure camp for adults. Our Scandinavian inspired chalet features a cozy bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a phenomenal night's sleep. With Clubhouse amenities like heated indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, coin laundry, game room, workout room, business office and Hi speed WiFi, your stay will be convenient and hassle-free. We love to cook and have tried to provide you with every cooking amenity you might need for a home cooked meal. Take a refreshing shower in the well-appointed bathroom before heading out to explore the town or coming in from the slopes. The additional living room space, complete with a sofa bed, and Smart TV and fireplace provides extra comfort and flexibility. We enjoyed our stay. I do wish the loft area was available for use as the pull out bed is not the coziest. However we enjoyed our stay and would come back!

So cozy and lovely for Christmas

Loved the cleansliness and the amount of available kitchen utensils. What a beautiful and cozy place to stay. The heated mats outside the door were so helpful. We will be staying here again.

This place is a gem. Close to Breck and Frisco. Host communicates extremely well. Place was clean and community roads are cleared during inclement weather.

Everything was perfect. Fonz was a great host and quickly responded to any of our concerns. We are glad we didn't take our dog because they are not allowed on the couch or bed. Our dog loves sleeping with us, so it would have been hard keeping him off. Just want to give anyone bringing a dog a heads up. This place had everything, all the one down to koozie's for your beverages. They also had a shelf in the bathroom with items you might have left at home. They thought of everything. They had hair ties, razors, lotion, flossing sticks, toothbrush and toothpaste and much more. The bed was extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful host that answered all questions right away. We really loved the heated steps in the morning, it made taking our dog out so much better with a warm place to sit

Nice trip

Cabin was very tidy and had all of the necessary appropriations. Would’ve preferred a little more transparency on the no pets on furniture policy, considering there isn’t much not furniture space in the cabin. We made it work, and all in all very nice place.

Short getaway

Great place to stay. Very small space but it worked! Beautiful neighborhood, everyone was friendly. Fonz def has everything you need, from spices to dishes/pots to clothing detergent and dryer sheets. He even has the restroom pretty stocked in case you forget something also.

Great Property

Nice property in Tiger Run. We've stayed in a few units there, it's a very family friendly resort. Host was responsive and accommodating and unit was well stocked and clean. We were disappointed that the loft that was pictured is chained off and marked off limits. We saw it in the listing and my daughter was excited to sleep up there. Would stay again as host is excellent but recommend that the loft restrictions be added to the listing or photos removed. Also nice that pets are allowed.

Coziness at tiger run resort

The property was small but very cozy and was perfect for two of us that visited. The property was as described. Property was very clean and as was listed in the description had a very well stocked kitchen as far as utensils, pots pans, and dishes go. We don't like waiting for breakfast in downtown Breckenridge so usually make our own and like to cook. We found the kitchen wall stocked with just about everything. The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had almost immediately. We would stay there again.

1. the host offered a discount that would be credited back after booking per owner then once book was never given.2. property shows fire pit, and outside seating non was there available to use3. the pictures show a loft and make the cabin look much bigger than it is. (probably the smallest one in the whole resort) (loft was not disclosed prior to arrival that it is not for guest) so no room for luggage and clothes etc4. the gas stove/range is faulty and old, the gas burner for oven is explosed to storage and to the floor and i was severly burned and the host didnt really care and im guessing the owners didnt either because they never got back to me on getting burned5. upon arrival there had been a dog in the house before we unloaded did a walk through and took pictures, sent them immidiately to the host letting him know there had been a dog there previously so we dont get charged for someone elses dog, two days after leaving the host contacted me accusing me of having a dog or kid leaving urine stains somewhere after i had priviously let him know there was a dog there before us. (when i reminded him of that i got a thumbs up response)6. there is only enough hot water for 1 person to shower about every hour (takes about 30 plus mins for the water heater to recoupe for the next person to get a full length hot showerTHE HOST himself was very helpful before arrival on answering questions and pointing us in the right direction on booking things, he was alot of help there.

We went out of our way to accommodate every request before during and after your stay. Majority of our reviews are five star and it’s disappointing when we cannot make everybody happy although we try very hard.

Lovely Chalet For A Fall Getaway!

My husband and I, along with our pup came to Breckenridge for a few days to enjoy the upcoming Autumn weather and the changing leaves. We enjoyed this beautiful, cozy chalet during brief times of rest when we were taking a break from enjoying the gorgeous surroundings of Breckenridge. The owners have outdone themselves by providing many amenities that made us feel right at home! Numerous pots, pans, dishes and appliances, if I had time I would have made a casserole! The bathroom has any of the toiletries that you might have forgotten! Great streaming options and internet access too! The chalet is part of Tiger Run Resorts where many other chalets lie, along with spaces for big RVs and a fantastic clubhouse where one might retreat and recreate from the occasional rainstorm. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of room for the two us and our pup within the confines of this small retreat. There is a pull out couch if needed by an extra person or 2. Breckenridge has lots to offer for anyone! If you like good craft beer, a great atmosphere and a place that welcomes dogs, Broken Compass Brewery is calling! Bring snacks while you are taking a break from walking around town and you could make new friends while time slips on by with ease! Fatty's Pizzeria was delicious and their staff was very friendly and accommodating! We stopped in at La Française on our way out of town the last day and grabbed some croissants and beignets that were freshly baked and quickly devoured!

After renting in Tiger Run a few times we fell in love with this community. It feels like our " Home Away from Home". The resort is perfectly situated in the heart of Summit County close to all of the activities we enjoy. We love all of the organized activities and amazing amenities. The best part is the community and the chance to make new friends.

Our Chalet is a perfect size for us. Super easy to clean and maintain. We are a short walk to the main clubhouse with pool, hot tubs and game room.
