La Garza es una hermosa casa de segunda planta con aproximadamente 700 pies cuadrados de espacio. Recientemente totalmente remodelado y redecorado con vistas al Golfo de la Gran Sala. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito con todos los nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El comer en asientos de contador 4. Además de la gran sala tiene una mesa de comedor, mesa de juego, futón, (2 personas), una silla cómoda para descansar y TV con pantalla plana de 40 ". El dormitorio es amplio y luminoso con vistas al golfo, e incluye una cama de matrimonio y TV de pantalla plana de 32 ". La cabaña para 4. El baño tiene una travertino ducha de pie. En el segundo piso hay un balcón y aterrizaje para sentarse al aire libre privado y al nivel del suelo de un patio semi-privado para asar y comedor. Lavadora privado / secadora se encuentran en la planta baja. Todas las sábanas, toallas, utensilios de cocina y utensilios, además de sillas de playa y juguetes de playa están disponibles para su uso. Aparcamiento en la calle para un coche está también disponible.

100 yds from the beach. Location is great. Kitchen was well stocked and a great view from the windows over the sink. Rooms are clean, nice, comfortable furniture. Linens well stocked. Nice shower and bath. Beautiful cottage getaway. Lots of great resturants close by. Pet-friendly. The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. Great atmospheric pizza shop right across the street. A great time. Definitely coming back again.

We really enjoyed the location of this property! It was very close to the beach and within walking distance of everything we needed, which made our stay very convenient.We did have a small hiccup upon arrival when the digital lock wasn’t working, but the host was quick to respond and get the issue resolved, which we really appreciated.My only suggestion would be to give a little more attention to the cleaning details. I understand that cleaners are working on a tight schedule and doing their best to turn properties over quickly, but those little details can make a big difference in the overall experience.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the convenient location and responsive host!

Loved the egret cottage!! Very nice and cozy. Within waking distance to some great restaurants/bars! Not even a block from the beach. Can see the water from our balcony! Would definitively stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and downtown. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals, and the living room was cozy and great for relaxing after a long day in the sun. We especially loved sitting outside on the deck. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful beach vacation!

Great location and amenities! The place was cozy and the short walk to the beach was amazing. The bed was a little stiff and was a little warm being on the upper floor of the house but still a great stay overall!

We loved our 2 week stay at this property. The property has been fully renovated and was well done. It felt clean and fresh. You can’t beat how close it was to the beach. We were able to use the fully provided beach cart and chairs to cart our stuff to the beach everyday. This was extremely handy for us and we used the cart and chairs pretty much everyday. We brought our own sun shade set up so we didn’t have to use the hosts.There is a large deck overseeing a portion of the water. There are 2 well placed palm trees that start providing shade in the evenings on the porch. We loved sitting outside waiting for sunsets. The host Jenn was very nice and was responsive with any questions or concerns. She even provided the number of her on-site manager for any immediate problems. We were even provided a care package at the start of week 2 by her house keeping staff. We thought that was extremely nice and we appreciated it.We would definitely stay here again as the location, host, and condition of property can’t be beat.

Loved the Upstairs unit with Fully equipped kitchen, clean, comfortable bed. Very spacious for a one bedroom for me and my husband.:).they have thought of everything here :) I love the private deck walking to restaurant and bars and convenience store:) . Obviously would rent here again since we have stayed here two times within 6 months:)

The host was very welcoming and helpful prior to and during our stay. The location of the cottage is great. We were just steps away from the beach. We chose this location since it was dog friendly and North Clearwater Beach allows dogs on the beach. The cottage was very comfortable and felt very homey. The deck with gas fire pit was a welcome surprise. My wife and I play pickleball and there are 6 new outdoor courts just 2 blocks away. We played most every day. Having Frenchy’s Hideaway and Palm Pavilion just 2 blocks away was the icing on the top. We will return!

The cottage was very quiet peachful and well located. The property provides all the needs of someone on vacation, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, and board games. You walk outside and the beach is right there. A great small pizza place right across the street. A short 10 minute walk to local restaurants and bars. We loved staying there and will be coming back.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Egret cottage and we had a lovely stay. House is just as it’s pictured. Clean and comfortable. The location is great. Close to the beach yet away from the crowds.

A wonderful get away!

We loved that the Egret was within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and loved even more it was so close to the beach. We had our dog with us and the area of the beach that allows dogs is only 2 short blocks down. The cottage was very homey and exactly what we were looking for!

Great Place!!

We had an amazing week. This place is perfect. On the quieter part of Clearwater Beach, but close enough to walk everywhere. So clean, updated, and everything you need. I feel we were so lucky to stay here and would absolutely love to book this place again.

Wonderful Time at Clearwater!

Our visit at Egret Cottage on Clearwater went so well! Cottage had everything we needed - comfortable and convenient with easy walk to beach and short walk or ride to great restaurants and shopping. Kitchen was well equipped. Living room area, bedroom and bathroom were perfectly setup for the beach. Our pet was welcome and loved the beach. We hope to return in the future for another very enjoyable visit!
