Great host and a great property. Super close to a public beach access so it is an easy walk. The property was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for a getaway with our pup.

Loved the quiet street and quick access to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Place was clean and cute! Host checked on us in a timely manner. Little touches like water in the fridge, extra toiletries in case you forgot something and the towel swans on the beds made us feel comfortable and welcome. Five stars all the way!

This place was everything we could have asked for. This was mine and my fiance's first time in Clearwater and it was amazing staying at this place. The host was very accommodating and communicated well with us. Beach was a literal 3 minute walk. Neighborhood was pleasant overa. Downtown was about 10-15 minutes away walking. Would definitely stay again.

This is a great 2b/2b one block from beach on north side of town. We stayed 9 days with our Lab. Very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed. Our host Andrew was in touch with us multiple times to make sure everything was good!

Everything went well. Only a few hiccups. Internet was shotty in the place. It cut in and out half of the time we were there. It rained for a lot of the trip so this was annoying. Other than that, it was a good time!

Our 7 night stay here was awesome. We enjoyed being a small distance from the pier and beach, it was walkable but we opted for renting bikes! Communication with Andrew was great. Always quick with responses and helped us with any questions we had. The place was very clean, and we enjoyed our own little outdoor area & grill. We will be back again, as we like to come to Clearwater once a year.

We love this home. Beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The location is the best part, right around the corner to the beach, which was never busy and always had spectacular sunsets. A quiet neighborhood with beautiful homes. The hosts are friendly and very helpful. We would definitely love to return one day.

Andrew and Maria were absolutely incredible hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcome, like we were staying at a home away from home rather than just a rental.The house itself was perfect. It’s located on the north end of Clearwater Beach, just steps from the beach, and also within easy walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, and entertainment downtown. The location really could not have been better.The home was spotless and had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. They truly thought of everything, especially for beach days, with all the essentials already there so you can just show up and enjoy your vacation.I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Clearwater. Andrew and Maria went above and beyond to make our trip memorable, and I already know this will be a place we come back to again.

Flew into TPA for Spring Training (Phillies), über to Andrews property, took about 30 mins. Upon arrival, I had already been contacted by Andrew and I had all the information I needed to start a relaxing vacation on Clearwater Beach! The house was freshly renovated and spotless. The location was perfect, with the short two minute walk to the beach. Beaches are incredible! White sand and shells galore!! Andrew supplied all the necessities, beach chairs, towels, TP, soaps, pots, pans, everything you could think of. All new appliances, stove, fridge, dish washer, washer, dryer. Honestly, it was very comfortable, with new AC, ceiling fans, comfy couch and beds. Location, A, you can walk to anything you want! I will be returning!

The house was beautiful, clean, and as advertised. Very private in a quiet neighborhood, walk to the beach was quick. Andrew was very responsive if we had a question, will definitely stay at one of Andrew’s properties on our next trip!

House is very clean ,nice and completed with everything to be comfortable.Beach is a 2 min away.Clean and never crowded.Walking distance to the stores and restaurants.Lot of things to do for my teens , what is a big plus.Owner was easy to communicate with.We loved our stay in this beautiful place and definitely will come back again.Thank you Andrew and Maria.
