After a day of skiing, warm up in the indoor sauna, curl up by the fireplaces, or enjoy game nights in the detached game room with billiards, air hockey, cornhole, and Smart TV. Gather by the outdoor firepit under twinkling lights, sip hot cocoa in the sunroom, and relax in 4 warm bedrooms designed for comfort. Important: Community Amenities – Seasonal Availability
• Swimming at the Lakes: Open from Labor Day through Memorial Day, summer months only.
• Boating/Tennis/Pickleball Courts/Basketball: opens all summer and closes 10/31/25.
• There are no winter amenities available.

• Each registered guest will receive a wristband. 10 of these wristbands include free access to the community pool.
• If your group has more than 10 people, any additional guests over the age of six years old will need to pay $10 per day to use the pool. Payment is cash only and must be made at the pool.
• All other amenities can be accessed with the wristbands at no additional cost, except for golf and fitness, which require separate payments.
• Kayaks & Paddle Boards: Available at no additional cost from Wednesday through Sunday, between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM during the summer season. These are only accessible on those days and are offered on a first come, first served basis.

Community Registration:
In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests at least 4 days before check-in. Late registrations are subject to a $75 late fee. Renters are required to provide their vehicle's plate number and valid driver's license upon entry into the community.

This 2,100 sq. ft. retreat blends rustic charm with boho elegance, offering four beautifully designed bedrooms and three full bathrooms. After a day of exploring the Poconos, step into the indoor sauna—your peaceful escape to relax, recharge, and soak in the serene mountain atmosphere.

Indoor Sauna
Unwind in the comfort of our private sauna, where gentle heat melts away stress and refreshes your spirit. It’s the perfect way to end a day of adventures and bring a spa-like experience into your stay.

Entertainment
Fun continues in the detached game room, a converted garage located just across the driveway. Here you’ll find cornhole, air hockey, a Smart TV, lounge chairs, and a bar top under charming string lights. Inside the home, three 60" Smart TVs make movie nights and streaming easy for the whole group.

Instead of lake days, winter brings nature walks, nearby skiing (15–25 minutes), and quiet evenings around the firepit—wrapped in blankets, sharing stories under the stars.

NOTE: This home has a sloped driveway.

Policies:
No smoking inside the home
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Primary renter must be 26 or older; no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old
No Fireworks

Pets:
There is a $150 flat fee for dogs, a maximum of 2 dogs. No other pets are allowed. Must provide age and breeds as you book, must be fully house-trained, and we do not allow puppies. It must not be left unattended inside. All outdoor droppings picked up. Copies of vaccinations (rabies and distemper) must be provided for each animal or they will not be permitted.

Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.
