Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire villa, ensuring privacy and ample space. Additionally, we provide registration with the Pocono Farm Country Club (open from the last week of May to the first week of September). You will have access to the club’s pool, lake, and sports facilities, with a total of 12 passes allowed per stay. 6 complimentary passes are included, and the additional 6 are available for purchase at $8 each from the clubhouse.

Heating Information
In line with Pennsylvania state regulations, we provide heating from October 1 to May 15. During this period, we maintain a minimum temperature of 65 degrees Fahrenheit from 6:30 AM to 10:30 PM and 60 degrees overnight. Additional heating is available when outdoor temperatures drop below 0 degrees. After May 15, we offer minimal heating for your comfort.
