Esta acogedora casa de 2 habitaciones cuenta con una cocina renovada con encimeras de granito y electrodom��sticos de acero inoxidable, y un comedor separado para (6) con un futón, lavadora / secadora y televisión por cable.
Disfrutar de una comida en el patio cubierto, enjuagar los pies debajo de la ducha al aire libre después de un viaje a la playa, jugar con su perro en el patio cercado, o tomar un descanso del sol y ver la televisión en la sala de estar! Las habitaciones comparten un ba����o completo entre ellos y la sala de estar ofrece ropa de cama adicional en forma de un sof��� cama. Parrilla de carbón. Ropa de cama incluida. WIFI.

The house was very clean, love the pet area in the back yard, it was spot on for us. The only thing I did not like was the walk to the beach, it was too far, for my elderly mother.

Reviewer Comments: While the home was the right size for my family, it was in very run down condition. While the sofas and beds were good, it is in need of an interior paint job. The lamp shade in the bedroom to the left was soiled and there was no bedspread. The shower walls were in need of cleaning, mold on the tile. The mirror in the bath was not sufficient to fix your hair. The remote in the bedroom to the right was filthy and sticky. No bedspread and there were chunks out of the blinds. Carpeting needs replacing in the entire house. There were ants all over the front walk and the back. The kitchen was sufficient but the pots and pans were dirty. I was very disappointed in the fact that Island Reality would allow them to rent in this condition. We are really happy with you all but I believe you need to reassess this home for rental purposes. Thanks for all of your help and support and maintenance did a great job at replacing our cable box.

Nostalgia with this 4 week stay (except was delayed 5 days by hurricane Debby). Yard could use some work, but good to have fence in back yard for dog walking. Lots of small ants in front yard. Thanks for this time on IOP.

Perfectly non-spectacular vacation house

The house is great provided one doesn't have luxury expectations my family of five (kids aged 6, 4 and 1) fit snugly into a house that was perfectly functional and with easy beach access away from busy palm boulevard There were many ants in the driveway but it was not a big deal The outdoor shower is in the backyard and it would help if there were direct access to the house without walking over sand/dirt

It is at most a 5 minute walk to the beach, close to the connector road, Harris Teeter, and restaurants. It was clean and the bed in the master bedroom was clean.Loved the convenience of having the kitchen, washer & dryer.

We need a vacation!

Great location. Peace and quiet close to nice beach access and beach. House was clean as far as someone went through it and did the basic Kitchen and bathroom cleaning. Very disappointed with the overall condition of the house. Outside shower and fenced yard for dog? Yard was dirt and full of active rodent tunnels. Can't shower or rinse off my pup and walk through dirt. The exposed tree roots and drop off of driveway were definite ankle breakers. The exterior windows were full of black dirt that needed to get cleaned to open. The ant infestation on the driveway and yard was the worst I had ever seen. The mosquitos in the storage area and carport were thick and hungry. The A/C needs a service call as squealing fans and water swirling around are not normal. The dryer vent situation needs to be rethought. Too much flexible duct and the vent is buried. We made the best of it and I am relaying some issues that are not weekly cleaning issues, but more general upkeep. We loved the location, hoping these comments will be helpful in the future.

But for location to beach-…pet odor & kind of ‘blah’

The pet odor was strong in the house. It was especially disturbing to sit on the sofa with old pillows that reeked of this odor. The house, over all, was tidy (no bugs or dirty kitchen) and the linens were fresh. The location is very convenient but the interior (decor/furniture) has not been upgraded at all- had an original 70’s/80’s vibe throughout. There is no back door so you have to walk out the side door to enter the backyard. (That would be a good detail to know) We have stayed in 7-8 rentals on IOP or Folly over the past few years-.. this was by far my least favorite for comfort and the odor. It could use a good steam clean of the furniture and rugs and definitely updating of interior items. We did not experience any problems with the house or utilities, the WiFi worked great and neighbors were nice and the street was quiet - the dog odor and ‘just kind of ‘blah’ for what you pay’ prompt my review.

This is a rare find! Location is Fabulous!

My adult daughter, our dogs, and I stayed here over Thanksgiving and plan to do so again! This quaint house is an easy walk to the beach (walk a half block and cross Palm to get on the boardwalk). Outdoor shower is nice upon return from the beach. The pups loved the fenced back yard. Because of the dogs (and wanting to keep the place tidy), we mostly stayed in the concrete floored "dining" room which is also the laundry room. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were also nice - and joined by the one bathroom - and were very quiet. Check in and out was seamless. We didn't have any maintenance requests so thankfully I can't comment on that. The house next door is currently listed for $3.4M. Location location location! Great stay!

Feels like home

Feels like a house/home. Outside needs some updating but being that close to the beach more than made up for it. I do wish they would spray for ants 🐜 in the yard but for the most, it was one of our better vacations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great experience. cozy and comfortable. and the a/c was able to keep up with my ice cold standards of 67-69. Location awesome. only one house away from the regular beach parking.Just have a few points of improvement to suggest but was very happy for the price. 1-Ants and mosquitos were overly zealous at this hose particular. May need pest control. sidewalks were constantly covered with ants that would climb your legs given .5 seconds of a chance. The mosquitos were very specific to this property. taking our dog for walks the mosquitos would not bother you until you walked back on this property. so Im assuming the other properties had spraying done which we witnessed on a few house while there.2- Wife had to deep clean a pot that had burnt on food on the bottom. the large boiler pot had significant burnt areas that took some time to remove. 3- drainage/water runoff by side door sunroom was directed along the back door almost overflowing into the house. may need some drainage adjustment on that area.4- there is a rinse shower in the backyard, great asset, however you have to access it from the side yard from the side of the driveway and walk across the dirt. so once you rinse off you have to walk back across the dirt to the concrete to get into the house with no hose connection to rinse feet or sandals off again. suggest running the piping down to the little storage fence area behind the picnic area and putting shower in there for easier cleanup and rinsing. Not a deal breaker but a way to make the experience a level better.
