A una cuadra de la playa! Pisos nuevos en toda la casa de playa de Isle of Palms, muy espaciosa y tradicional. La casa tiene dos cocinas completas y dos �����������reas de gran sala de estar con TV. Cada nivel tiene escaleras interiores y exteriores para facilitar el acceso. Atrapa la brisa del mar con dos porches de pantalla de tama����o completo, uno por cada nivel en la parte delantera de la casa. Baños compartidos en cada piso con combinaciones de bañera / ducha. Hay espacios de barra grandes en las áreas de cocina de arriba y abajo. WiFi

The house was great! Everyone was comfortable and it had everything we needed. The one thing I wish was different was the check in process. It was a little inconvenient to have to go the leasing office that was a mile away from the house just to receive a door code. It seemed to me like it could have been in a text or email.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was a wonderful fit for our family. Each family had not only a bedroom, but a private bathroom. AND there was plenty of space for everyone to be together!!! It was a real plus for us to have a fridge on both levels as it saved multiple trips to the grocery store. As the washer and dryer are located on the first floor, I would recommend adding shelving to the upstairs laundry area to have pantry space. For a family like ours who cooked a lot, there is no good place for pantry items. The VERY short walk to the beach was a big bonus since all 4 of our grandkids are under 6.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental at 311 Charleston Blvd was great! The house was beautiful, well kept and clean. The house is updated and feels newly renovated. The two separate spaces were great for our crew of girls and we even had room for more. The house is spacious and has a great layout. We loved the two decks, one on each floor. The house is steps from the beach and a short uber ride to other parts of Charleston. I do recommend the early risers to sleep downstairs as you do hear the footsteps from the floor above. This house was great and I would definitely consider renting it again. The management company was great as well!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has a wonderful time in this house and loved the close proximity to the beach. There was plenty of seating on the two porches as well as for eating together inside the house. There are two full kitchens in the house but we only used the one on the upper level. It was nice to have an extra refrigerator downstairs to keep the drinks cold. There is no ice maker, but buying ice on the island is easy. There were a couple of upkeep items that needed attention but nothing major. We would stay at this house again on a return to IOP.
