Introducing a luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1655 sq. ft. condo at the prestigious Downtown Harbor Club, boasting breathtaking views of the downtown Gaslamp District, Petco Park, Coronado Bridge, San Diego Bay, and the iconic San Diego Convention Center (i.e. Comic Con).
The living quarters are located on the 12th floor, comprising two well-appointed bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and a comfortable living and dining area.
This spacious two-bedroom unit boasts two convenient parking spaces and includes all utilities for a truly hassle-free stay. You'll enjoy the perfect climate year-round with included AC, heat, electricity, water, and even garbage disposal.
Entertainment is a breeze with access to two smart TVs, free Cox Cable & free high-speed Wifi and Amazon Echo Studio. For those who need to work during their stay, a well-equipped desk awaits, complete with computer accessories, two Alarm Clocks with Wireless and high-speed port Charging.
Amenities include a 95-foot heated pool, hot tub spa, sauna, modern cabana with Kitchen, fire pits, BBQ stations, and full Gym. Lobby/security personnel and gated garage with two parking spots. A few minutes to walk to the convention center, Petco Park, Seaport Village, the Gaslamp many restaurants, bars and club. I purchased the condo in 2000, and have lived there through 2006. The unit has typically been leased on an annual basis since. The unit has been updated repeatedly, with most appliances new within the last two years (Sub Zero Refrigerator, GE Profile appliances, new Washer/Dryer). The unit was leased unfurnished, so we recently have transitioned it to a furnished short-term property. Most of the furniture and amenities are new. We have attempted to include anything one could need. A new Queen Sleeper Sofa for the Living Room is on order and will be available in August (not in the pictures).

The Gaslamp District is the premier entertainment neighborhood in San Diego. Great restaurants, bars and shops just a block or two away, and both Petco Park and the convention center (which has Comic Con in July) are within just a 5-minute walk from the building, and the world-famous San Diego Zoo and Seaworld just a quick 10–15-minute drive away. The unit is close to Old Town (original center with all the Mexican Restaurants and souvenir shops), Coronado Island (with the famed Hotel Del Coronado), Mission and Pacific Beach, La Jolla and La Jolla Shores, Del Mar and Carlsbad.

The building is an icon of the San Diego skyline, and the location is perfect for all. My wife and I have three children (6, 10 and 14 now), and works great for us. It is great for those seeking a nice vacation at a home away from home. This unit works well for families and anyone else looking to enjoy all that San Diego has to offer. The unit and building have all the amenities one could wish.
