Esta unidad está en el último piso del complejo de condominios de mar en la playa del Pacífico. Las vistas son fantásticas, norte y sur. No hay una vista parcial entre los extremos del edificio, que algunos propietarios dicen que es panorámica. No hay nada entre usted y el océano que no sea Ocean Blvd y la playa. Esta unidad tiene vistas sobre el histórico Crystal Pier, hasta La Jolla. y al sur a coronado. El complejo See the Sea está ubicado en una zona rodeada de cientos de restaurantes, bares, supermercados, etc.

Very nice place to stay. Close to a lot of amenities, good for beach walks, restaurants within walkable distance and most importantly unobstructive view of the beach. The host was very nice to leave good instructions. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Ron was very accommodating and any communication was prompt. No problems. The condo is a little dated but you had everything you needed to make for a nice stay. Great feature is the parking and lots of close stores, restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

No screens in the windows makes it loud at night as the area outside has a lot of night life. Shutting windows made the place really hot. Views are great and place was as described.

The location was amazing!! Unobstructed views with outstanding sunsets. We had everything we needed here. Check in was clear and easy to follow. It is a great place to people watch as there is lots of activity on the path below.If you are looking for a great location, this is it!

Great relaxing week

This is an older but well maintained condo. Had everthing we expected. Grocery store and restaurants within easy walking distance. We had a maintainance issue which owner had fixed same day. Enjoyed being able to safely leave patio door open to enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves. The livingroom furniture appears to have been updated and was ok however not real comfortable but we normally sit in recliners. Condo building was quiet. Plus that you have a secure assigned parking space. Would definitely stay again,

Perfect getaway spot

Nothing fancy but this place does the Trick. I was able to get it on the beach and listen to the ocean and do my work. Perfect little place to stay.

Great View and Location but the Property Needs Maintenance

We spent 6 days at this condo by the sea. The location and view couldn't be better! I wish I could say the same for the inside The couch was broken when we arrived. When I say broken, I mean that the supports were all busted and it was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. I notified the owner immediately about the couch being virtually unusable, and he refunded one nights rent but said he couldn't get a new couch delivered while we were there. So, we were stuck trying to make the best of it. Three adults on one broke down couch and one recliner was challenging.The dining room chairs were rickety, and we didn't feel safe sitting on one of the four.There were two high blue chairs on the balcony, but only one of them was safe to sit on.I told the owner that his property needed maintenance and he said that we got the condo that wasn't fixed up. Yet, he charged us full price for the rental.The bed in the second bedroom was obviously bowed, and uncomfortable for my adult daughter to sleep on.The entire condo needs a refresh. This would be a 3 star review if it weren't for the view and location.The app wouldn't allow me to upload photos :(

Amazing ocean views, clean, and great parking spot!

I don't usually write reviews but our stay was amazing and we will probably be back!. The pictures were a very accurate description of the property. Very much an 80s vibe but very clean. There is no AC so consider that when booking. Biggest perk is the garage parking spot. Area felt safe and secure. Condos were quiet but you will hear the noise from the ocean which we LOVED! Ron the property owner was fast with communicating and very nice.

Location, location, location

If you are looking for beachfront property and great customer service this place checks all the boxes! Condo is a little dated and queen bed could be updated but overall this place is solid!

Much needed getaway

This was our second time staying at this property and definitely not our last! We love to be right on the beach and we have to be able to listen to the waves the entire time we are there. We also do most of our own cooking, so we need a solid kitchen. This location is perfection!!

Ocean views

Location was great! Right on the beach, no streets to cross and nothing blocking the ocean view. The neighborhood felt safe to walk around at all times of day. Plenty of food options within a few blocks, including a grocery store. The unit could use updating but it was clean and worked well for us.

Great Location and Easy

The location was in our favorite San Diego beach community. We drove up to the garage gate and called the host and Ron answered and told us how to get in. Very easy. He later called to ask us how it was going and to check on our comfort. We had a great time and people watching from the balcony was great!

Great Experience

Another fantastic day with this great owner. I almost don’t want to leave such a positive review so that we can have it open for next year lol. Modem went out and he had it replaced within one day. my family and I for sure will stay here again
