Encanto elevó a casa, a 2 cuadras de la playa. Nueva sala de estar y muebles de comedor a��aden primavera 2016! Al entrar en la propiedad encontrará una vida abierta - ��rea de comedor con barra de bar. Esta casa se encuentra en una planta dividida con dormitorio principal y el ba��o principal en dormitorios onside y dos habitaciones y un ba�������o completo en el lado opuesto de la casa. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio, mientras que las dos habitaciones de hu���spedes tienen 2 gemelos y una reina. A trav��s de la sala y de la parte posterior de la casa podrá disfrutar de estar en los ����rboles mientras se relaja en el sol-habitación. Sun-habitaci�������n dispone de cama doble días. Fuera de la habitación dom-habitación y principal es una terraza espaciosa. Las características incluyen: cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos, baños recientemente remodelados, terraza para tomar el sol, el dormitorio principal tiene un televisor de pantalla plana nuevo. 2 terrazas, ducha al aire libre, estacionamiento cubierto, pisos de madera, ventiladores de techo, parrilla de carbón, reproductor de CD, DVD, TV por cable, WiFi. Ropa de cama. No Fumar. Sin mascotas.

Very cozy and close to the beach

Myself and a friend really enjoyed our stay this weekend! The house was clean, check in was easy, well stocked with pots/pans/dishes! The area was quiet and the two block walk to the beach was flat and easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

nice beach house at a good price

We have stayed in this house two times and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. It is time for the owner to replace the old wobbly grill though. We did have a maintenance issue that came up but Island Realty quickly had a remedy and worked with us in a very professional manner. We will definitely use Island Realty in the future for our rental beach house needs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice, well kept house. The walk to the beach access isn't but a couple of blocks. In July heat, glad we rented a golf cart (there is golf cart parking at the beach access at the end of the street) but walking wasn't a hassle when needed.I have to say that IoP parking enforcement is a black eye on the local government--I didn't get a ticket myself, but saw a number of them on cars parked where there was no discernable prohibition. I will follow rules, but make it easy to know what the rules are IoP! Particularly, be wary of the handicap spaces at the 9th St access. I saw tickets almost every day on cars that had HC stickers and tags. Honestly not sure why. The blue lines on the pavement are barely visible.Also want to mention that the staff at Island Realty were quite nice and helpful. We met with Anita and Sarah and both were good representatives of the business, the home owner and the area.

I'm not sure anyone had been in house for months. Window broken and wide open in bathroom. Leaves on floor in bedroom. All towels smell like onions. Mat/rug in front of kitchen sink dirty. Would not rent again. Bugs on ceiling in bathroom and on floor in breakfast area.

Please know that had this been reported to us we would have immediately jumped to address your concerns and repaired the window. This is an older beach home in a standard price range for the island, having said this we are always working to improve the level of our homes and our guest experience. We had a great stay at this house.

Reviewer Comments: I stayed at 910 Palm with my two adult children and their spouses for a wedding in Charleston. The house was plenty roomy and nice for us. As others mentioned, it is not newly renovated but it is certainly updated enough for a week's vacation to a beach town where no one intends to hang out in the house much anyway. (it's just as updated as the house I live in the other 51 weeks of the year). The only downside for me was that I took the front bedroom and there was no blind or curtains on the window which made it a little uncomfortable with the light turned on at night time, the blind was broken and in the closet. One very small thing that would help a renter is a few garbage bags, plastic wrap, foil, baggies etc... I really don't want to buy all of that for my short stay. Shampoo/soap are personal choices, garbage bags are not.Overall, I think the house is great and would not hesitate to rent it again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was in a good location, an easy walk to the beach and many places to eat. It does sit along a busy street. Everything else about the house was a major disappointment. The entire interior is old and shabby. It appears to have been last updated in the late 80s and any recent additions were done as cheaply as possible. Everything in the house was old, falling apart, tired, or chintzy. The small TV in the bedroom sat on a dresser and could not be viewed from the bed. There wasn’t a single drop of oil, grain of salt, or packet of sugar in the entire kitchen. I have never rented a house before that was so ill-equipped. The cheapo shower curtains clung to your body when you tried to shower, the wall in the bathroom was rotted and falling apart, the decks and furniture out back were filthy. Smoke alarms were missing and several lightbulbs were burned out. We spent as little time as possible in the house and would not recommend it to others.
