The house was clean and neat. My daughter ran the IOP 5k. She loved it. We did a lot of strolling the baby. IOP is family friendly and the house and neighborhood was nice and quite. We would recommend this house and company.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to SC and we had a fabulous time. The house was perfect for three friends, as we each had our own room. We enjoyed sitting in the back yard and it was a nice surprise to find chairs, a wagon and a cooler in the garage. The only thing missing was an umbrella. The location was awesome, because it was only a short walk to the beach. We had fun exploring the area and would love to go back again some day.

A week in Charleston

This house was very cozy for the 6 in our family ages 13 up. It was a close walk to the beach, a quiet neighborhood, and a nice home to stay in. We had all that we needed. We would stay here again.

Was very handy to have some beach chairs and sand toys available to use. Outdoor shower was much appreciated for hosing off before heading inside. House itself was nice for the price - everything functional and plenty of space for our small group. Certainly dated in some ways, but everything clean and working. Laundry works great, but is in the detached garage without AC. (Had to wait 30+ minutes at checkin for cleaning, that was a little frustrating.)

Great small family rental

This house was perfect for my wife, 2.5 yr old, and me. It was quiet, had a great location, easy beach access, and quality air conditioning. We’d be happy to stay there again in the future. The entire house had a home-y, welcoming feel. It’s not the Ritz, but was very comfortable. The only thing wrong was some dirty dishes, but the dishwasher (appliance, not my wife) took care of that and there were some one off ants here and there. 4.85 out of 5 in my book.

Great getaway

We come to the Charleston area quite often but have never stayed on IOP. We loved our quiet little bungalow when we decided to relax from the activities and heat. The close proximity to the ocean was fantastic too! It was perfect for my family and in-laws.

Perfect weekend getaway

It seemed small from the pictures, but we found it very spacious and charming. Everything was very clean and well stocked with everything you could think of. The back patio was a nice bonus and was used daily, the outdoor shower was very convenient for after the beach clean off. The house is on a very quiet cul-de-sac and the is very close to beach access and the downtown shopping area. A very nice public park is right around the corner as well. We rented a golf cart and used it to get around everywhere (helped with the holiday traffic on Palm). Overall, I am extremely happy with the property and the management company. They are very helpful and provide a ton of useful information. Will be back for another trip.

The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The back yard was very private and makes for a nice place to relax and take in nature. The garage had another full size refrigerator and some beach equipment which was very thoughtful. I wish we had time to play ping pong upstairs. This was an easy walk to the beach.The coffee pot did not seem to work on day 4 and the staff was excellent getting a new one to me right away. Great stay and would highly recommend. Thank you!
