La cocina reformado, ofrece encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable e incluye una cafetera Keurig! La planta baja abierta hace de este apartamento un lugar ideal para las familias de interactuar y disfrutar de la compa��������ía del otro durante su estancia! La habitación de invitados de la planta baja ofrece una cama de matrimonio y comparte un baño completo con la sala. Probably one of the nicest we’ve stayed in at the beach. Beds were very comfy. Great location. Unit is on the second floor so the view of the ocean is really good, but if you don’t do stairs very well, like my husband and myself, you might want to consider a different one. And the master is upstairs, but there is a nice queen with an attached bath downstairs. We did see what the staff called palmetto bugs in the kitchen and the downstairs bath. Staff were very friendly.

The place overlooked the water and had a nice pool and grill area. The only downside was the lack of cleaning supplies and basic household stuff. We couldn’t find trash bags, soap, coffee filters, etc.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very disappointed in the condition of this condo. Many things need to be updated and replaced. The living room furniture has slip covers and is not comfortable. You want this when you see the gorgeous view. The outdoor furniture is rusted and some chairs did not feel sucker enough to sit in. The air conditioning was not cooling. The thermostat is upstairs and fought all night just to get to 70. One bedroom upstairs only had one working light in the fan. The bedside lamp had to be held with 2 hands to turn on. The master upstairs has a gorgeous view and bed slept comfortably. Please understand that this was a long weekend stay and a very busy and important time for my family.

The kitchen has lots of cabinets, all of which are full of any type/size dish or utensil you'd need. I recommend having one or two of the cabinets empty so people can store their food. As it is, we had to pile the food on the counter and it was a little cluttered. Additionally, the bedrooms were laid out very well with a queen bed on first floor (for grandma) and owners suite upstairs with the second bd up having two twins. This was a perfect layout for us! However bdr 2 and 3 did not offer working TVs, which was a disappointment. Not a deal breaker for us, we would definitely stay here again!

By far the best equipped kitchen we've had in 30 yrs of coming to Wild Dunes!!Appliances were top notch and so nice to have dishes that weren't chipped and stained. Every cooking pan or utensil one could ask for - so many though that there was no room in the cabinets for FOOD! GREAT TV and internet! Carpet was a nice touch too! Really wish the slider had a screen so we could hear the ocean.

Perfect Family Time

The condo was perfect for 8 people, 2 grandparents, 2 couples, and 2 littles. Loved having one BR on the main level for the toddler's family. The kitchen was well equipped, the condo clean even at the end of the season, love having a bathroom at the pool, the boardwalks to the beach perfectly located. Island Realty responded quickly when we needed anything. Our problems were minimal: TV wouldn't work but realized the upstairs router was unplugged and needed an extra bed sheet. Been coming to Wild Dunes over 30 years and found this condo perfect for our family!

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 4 nights in late June. The location to beach and pool very convenient. It is appx 2-3 minute walk to beach and few steps to the pool. The home layout worked well one queen bed down and two additional up. The home has seen wear from the broken granite counter tops,to ceiling fans that didn't work properly to lose toilets. None of these were deal breakers however which they would be addressed. The other issue which needs to addressed is the WiFi was very poor the answer we were given is because we are on barrier island. We have stayed at numerous places on Isle Palms and if you have to work from this location you would find this issue significant. Overall I would rate this a solid 3 to 4 out of 5 because of community and location to beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of this condo. We loved Mariners Walk. We loved the set up of the Condo (3 beds & 3 baths). We loved the amenities. We loved the art work and shell displays. Overall this condo was great. However, the attention to detail in cleaning and overall condition of the property was lacking. Upon arrival, several obvious cleaning protocols were not followed. Coffee grounds left in the coffee pot from previous guest, a bar of soap (used) from previous guest, the sliding door glass was filthy (couldn't even see out of the glass to see the beautiful view- I cleaned this myself),a large bug was found in a bedroom, the extra linens were placed on the floor and didn't appear clean, there was no screen door on the patio, and not all bedroom doors latched shut. In addition, the slanting floor was concerning. I guess for what we are paying for an ocean front condo, I would expect at a minimum, the cleaning to be up to par to give this 5 stars. If all of these items would resolved this place would potentially be GREAT.

Very quiet area with little light pollution which makes nights very pleasant. Everything in the condo worked fine, but it is a short term rental that shows wear and tear. Could not use more than one shower simultaneously, or there would be no hot water. Island Realty was awesome to work with also.

Exactly what I needed for an ocean getaway

The after-hours check-in process worked well for me, and anytime I needed support it was easy to come by with quick and thorough responses. As in all reviews, you're probably looking for the low points so I'll quickly mention that here first. The bed in the master bedroom could definitely use replacing as it had a noticeable sag in the middle. That would be my biggest complaint, but not a dealbreaker for myself. There were a couple of other small/nitpicky issues that transpired but I deemed them small enough that I didn't reach out for support and thus don't feel like it would be fair to mention them here as I could've but decided they weren't worth my worry.The positives of this place are overwhelming though. First of all is the location - it was pretty near perfect. It's located within the Wild Dunes resort, meaning restricted access - which meant not only was it a quiet place to be, it wasn't nearly as busy. This is true for the roads and amenities as well as for the beach. To be able to walk out of our condo's front door and be standing on the beach in 30 seconds was why I chose this place, and it did not disappoint. Inside, it was clean with updated appliances and plenty spacious for us and the other couple that joined us. The balcony is fantastic - not huge but a perfect view of the ocean, exactly where I wanted to be to watch the sunrise while drinking a cup of coffee.Overall, I can't say enough about this place - what I got for what I paid, it was an excellent value and I would 100% stay there again.
