The house was incredible! It is done so well and made our stay so pleasant. There is so much attention to detail and is full of character. Everything about it is perfect for Annapolis. The host was amazing and very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. We look forward to returning to the Captain’s quarters.

Our stay in annapolis was wonderful, and largely in part to this beautiful VRBO stay! The house is immaculately decorated and you can feel the love/thought put into it as soon as you step in. Location is great, close enough to downtown to be a nice stroll but far enough away to feel quiet and peaceful. We would love to stay here again!

I have never stayed at a VRBO that felt as instantly homey as this property! Communication with the owner was spectacular, and the property did not disappoint. It was beautiful, conveniently located within walking distance of everything we wanted to do, and made our visit extremely comfortable. 10 out of 10--would absolutely stay here again and recommend anyone else do so as well!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay for a long weekend. We loved the location and the walkability.The home is adorable. The theme is so well done. We enjoyed the cozy backyard space as well. Everything was clean and instructions provided were clear. Would definitely recommend!

Charm is the essence of this rental. Beautiful place (loved the personal touches), even had an espresso maker! I felt like I was staying at a friend's place. Super clean, brand new appliances. Parking nearby was simple and easy. Nice part of town. Walking distance to shops and museums. Good town for walkers. We will come back!

Great stay in Annapolis!

The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood down to the water, wandering around Annapolis, and attending USNA events. The location was excellent for day trips to the Eastern shore and Frederick.

This is a true standout of a place to stay... and reminds me why I choose VRBO over hotels. The character, charm and coziness of this place was top notch. Not only is this place decorated so well (nostalgic and local), the bed was amazingly comfortable! The location was perfect for us, and the parking was very reasonable. We would be lucky to stay here again!

With two daughters currently away at college, Andrew and Lauren have a bit more time to dedicate to their renovation projects.
Their family has a strong connection to the Navy, with many relatives having served in the military branch. The couple holds a special place in their hearts for the Navy, with this sentiment being honored in their home. The house is dedicated to Lauren's grandfather Captain Bryan Claudy, who served in the Navy. Throughout the house, guests will find various items that belonged to Captain Claudy during his time in the Navy, adding a personal touch and honoring his legacy.
