Location is perfect and a big bonus we have our own parking at the home!

Our favorite part about this home is its location in DTA with parking. We can walk to all the restaurants, pubs, USNA, St. Johns College, Annapolis sailing school etc. A big bonus is the parking spot and how charming the house is inside. You are going to want to stay here!

This Historic Row house is a perfect location. 5 houses up from Ego Alley. Short 4 minute walk to see your Mid at USNA. One block over from Main Street. A full kitchen to make a meal or two if you decide to stay in. The perfect place to have a cup of coffee or glass of wine.

This Historic Row House has been recently updated with all new beds, bedding, a bathroom and fresh new furnishings. We are excited to share our home with you so you can experience Historic Annapolis with out the hassle of parking. You are a short walk to all that the Historic District has to offer!

The home is beautiful! So clean, decor and design is so tasteful! Bedding and linens are just like home! Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Location is so convenient to walk everywhere and so close to USNA quick walk for our Mid! Shari was so nice to work with and very responsive! Definitely will stay again!

Perfect for our stay! We had a booth at the power boat show this weekend and the house was very conveniently located. It was an easy walk back and forth to the house. It was very comfortable, decorated nicely and well stocked with everything we needed to cook some of our meals at the house including clean, unscratched pans which you rarely see at a rental house. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We appreciated being able to park at the house before our check in and after our check out. We would stay here again.

Perfect for parents weekend

This house was perfect for hanging out all weekend with our son at USNA. It was a few minute walk to the gate and loved having parking and not needing to drive! The house was clean, comfortable and well decorated. We will definitely stay again!

Everything was wonderful during our stay in Annapolis in this amazing rental. The host was very available and super kind. This 3 bedroom was spacious and the 2 bathrooms were exceptional. The location doesn't get much better either, we walked literally everywhere. It took about 5 minutes to walk to USNA. And - the parking spot!!!!

Adorable and well-appointed

The location is perfect - downtown Annapolis is at the doorstep and pleasantly walkable. The parking spot is a huge bonus. The property itself has been beautifully remodeled. The bathrooms are exceptionally well done. The owners seem to have anticipated every need in advance of our arrival. Perfect stay!

NICE NICE Property- Prime location!

Wonderful property location and parking on site is a real bonus. We were able to never move the car because everything is walkable!!!!! House is beautifully decorated and fully equipped! Nothing was needed! There are steep steps to the bedrooms and the Master Suite has a very high bed (a small step stool would have been helpful) Elderly guests should be aware. Lovely row house- we will return

Amazing location and home filled with everything you need! We had the best time with my parents exploring Annapolis and spending time on the upstairs deck. We parked our car and didn’t move it until check-out!

Great stay in a great location

We had a great long weekend here. The home is very clean with newly updated bathrooms. Having a parking space is a huge advantage and the location is perfect! Close to all of the shops, restaurants and the water. Shari was quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home and location

We had a wonderful stay. Home was very well equipped, extremely clean and very comfortable for our family's stay. The location was amazing - so close to the USNA and everywhere in town. Shari was so helpful with information about the USNA and the local area. We look forward to our next stay!

Everything you need in DTA

Beautifully restored historic home with modern updated kitchen and baths. Short walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping but on a quiet side street. We were visiting town where husband grew up decades ago so we visited not only the restaurants enjoyed in the early 1980s but also new additions to town. As now senior citizens we deeply appreciated the parking onsite which is a rarity close to downtown.

Fabulous spot in Downtown Annapolis

A wonderfully appointed home, just steps away from the downtown restaurants and bars. Beautifully updated with elegant furnishings and modern amenities. Shari reached out ahead of our arrival to answer any questions we might have. It was great to check in with her about parking and what type of coffee maker they had. Beautiful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. It is so beautifully decorated. And the host has really taken great care to ensure you have everything you need - from fresh towels laid out, to coffee pods, to a snack basket! And the host is super responsive. The location and parking spot are the cherries on top. We will definitely stay again!

Fantastic location and updated rooms throughout house. Host was in touch making sure we had everything we needed before we arrived. Will definitely stay here again. Staying in the heart of Annapolis makes a visit so enjoyable. Loved having a dedicated parking spot.

Beautiful house in the heart of Annapolis with PARKING!

We LOVED our stay in this beautifully decorated and conveniently located house in the heart of DTA with parking! It was the perfect location to spend a weekend with our midshipmen and appreciated that all the restaurants, shopping & Academy are a short walk away. The owners have thought of everything and were very communicative & available. They had a welcome basket and hand written note out when we arrived, every bedroom had comfortable beds, high end bedding and towels ready. The bathrooms had toiletry kits for each visitor etc. All the details were so thoughtful! We are already looking forward to visiting again!!

Multi generation weekend In Annapolis

Wow! What a great property - a historic house that has been updated beautifully! And you cannot beat the location. Walking distance to all the great this Annapolis has to offer. The amenities were top notch and communication was perfect (even down to how to get to the right side of house for parking). Another bonus - parking!! We will definitely stay here again. We are parents of a 2016 Mid. We love hosting other Navy Families, Families from Annapolis and Families from St. John College. We have currently owned this Historic Charm Row House for about a year. We have been hosting on VRBO for over 14 years in other parts of the states.

We absolutely love DTA living. We wanted to have parking, close to the Academy to walk and close to all the restaurants to enjoy Historic Downtown.

Our home has been recently renovated. We have accessorized it to have the details you would want from home and not feel like a rental. Parking is a thing in DTA. We have parking. No dragging your luggage to your house with our home. Our parking is located at the back of the house.
