Master ofrece cama King, TV y baño privado completo w / ducha walk-in y bañera de jard��n. La primera habitación tiene una cama doble, TV con DVD y comparte un baño completo con la sala. La segunda habitación de hu��spedes ofrece dos gemelos y un baño privado completo. Wifi. Ropa de cama No Fumar. Sin mascotas.

Very spacious,clean,inviting condo with unique beautiful ceiling design in entryway. Comfy beds, comfy couches, large deck with nice furniture, well equipped kitchen! Thought everything was great, it would be even better if one of the two coffee machines and half of the toaster would work,the doors would lock ,and we were provided with more bath towels.

We had a car so the short drive to Charleston is nothing! Super convenient I try not to revisit many places but this is a must! By the way I randomly found this place ❤️

Good and Not So Good

Too many breakable nick nacks for young children and white slip covers on very large furniture.Older visitors will need grab bars in bathrooms, and toilet tissue nearly impossible to reach when toilet is in use. Queen bed is so high this 76-year-old could hardly get in the bed. Finally after spending over $5k to rent the place for a week, I had to spend $10 to buy two batteries for one of the TV remote controls that had no batteries. In general, too much large furniture in the unit. Good: very quiet and adequate hvac. Nice appliances. Great view of the ocean.

Holiday treat

We also had problems keeping the bedrooms near the front entrance warm enough, so we went out and bought two space heaters from Target.We've stayed in many units at 1140 Ocean Blvd, but this one was the best. There are so many nice touches throughout, including beautiful paintings and many other tastefully selected items. Our hats are off to the owners!

Lovely week with some challenges

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time back to this complex. The view and the location did not dissapoint. There were however some challenges this time around. The staff did all they could to support their guests however the elevator was broken for 95% of our stay requiring my older parents to walk up 50+ stairs multiple times per day as we had a 3rd floor unit. We learned when we arrived it had been broken for over a month as inspectors are difficult to schedule in the state of SC. Without any restroom accommodations down by the pool this was definitely challenging. The pool was also closed for a day due to an inoperable phone. Due to the elevator situation the owners did provide us a discount which was appreciated. The condo was in good condition. The garbage disposal gave us some trouble and the smoke alarm kept going off while cooking minor items on the stovetop but maintenance was very responsive and helpful including with our luggage up the stairs on day 1. The gate codes also stopped working a few times requiring us to contact maintenance for alternate codes. Due to the location and view we would come back provided the elevator was in working condition.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo/Perfect location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo, one of the best places that we have stayed.Very spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to everything we like. The beach was not crowded on the week days but the weekend was a little tight. Kitchen was well supplied with basic utensils, basically everything you need is there. The drawer with silverware in it is hard to open and close! We had a problem with the kitchen sink backing up when we ran the dishwasher. It leaked all over the floor but 1 call to the office and they sent someone to fix it. Our SIL sat in one of the chairs at the outside table and nearly hit the ground. It was very rusted and unsafe. The maintenance guy took it when he fixed the sink so we were short a chair all week. They need to update the family room TV. It’s way too small. They should put that one in the bedroom with twin beds since it doesn’t have one!All in all nice stay for us. We definitely will be back!
