🛏️ Bedrooms & Sleeping Primary Bedroom – King bed with ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Second Bedroom – Queen-over-King bunk bed, ideal for kids or additional guests. Living Room – Queen sleeper sofa accommodates extra guests. This setup comfortably sleeps up to 6 people.
🛁 Bathrooms & Essentials Two full bathrooms: the primary ensuite features a walk-in shower, and the hallway bath has a shower/tub combination. Towels and starter toiletries, including toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, and shampoo/conditioner, are provided.
☀️ Outdoor Living & Views The condo balcony overlooks the community pool, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Just across the street, the beach offers easy access to sand and surf, making every day a beach day.
🚗 Guest Access & Parking Guests have access to the full condo, balcony, community pool, and private pier. Onsite parking accommodates 1 vehicle, with additional paid street parking nearby. The condo is first-floor, requiring climbing seven steps for access. Guests receive a unique access code 14 days prior to arrival for seamless check-in.
Additional Details:
No washer/dryer inside the unit; community facilities are available in the sister complex across the street and accept coins or an app payment. No smoking or pets allowed. The condo is in an elevated building with no elevator. Located on the first floor, it requires climbing seven steps to access. Beach towels and chairs are not provided.
Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. ✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID. ✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $500.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.
We are happy to host you for your stay with us! Please keep the following rules in mind during your stay: 1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking. 2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property. 3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal. 4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule. 5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge. 6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden. 7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period. 10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions. 11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals
* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

Such a great location. Can walk across the street to the beach, down the street to bars, music, and food. Close to Mt Pleasant, Sullivan's Island, and Charleston! We always love staying here.
