Beautifully upgraded oceanfront condo in a fantastic location only steps away from the beach. Completely remodeled and re-furnished in 2024, J102 offers luxurious interiors, all-new appliances and a wonderful ground-floor location with easy access to the coastline, historic walking trails and the Auberge Mauna Lani Hotel. This spacious and bright property takes full advantage of its location on the oceanfront corner of the Mauna Lani Terrace community, offering an expanded patio with views of the nearby ocean. Relax outside to the sound of the crashing waves, or enjoy sunset dinners with views of the island of Maui across the channel.
The spacious living room offers 100% all new furnishings - including a dining area, a sofa sleeper couch (with a queen size mattress), an upgraded entertainment center and large glass sliders that can be opened to create an indoor-outdoor living experience. The kitchen was remodeled in 2024 to be larger and more open than other Terrace condos - creating a spacious and airy central living area. The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, ocean views, a private patio and a large en-suite bathroom with two vanities and well as a soaking tub and large shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed, a trundle bed with two twin size mattresses, and a private garden view patio.
With a sleep capacity of eight, J102 is perfect for families or small groups looking to enjoy the Big Island from a prime beachfront location. All guests also receive access to the private Beach Club, located only a short walk away along a beautiful coastal trail.
