Esta hermosa dos dormitorios, dos baños con vistas al mar está situado en una tranquila zona de dunas salvajes. Disfrutar del nuevo plan de piso abierto en la planta baja! La nueva cocina crujiente cuenta con todos los nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, gabinetes de encargo que ofrece gran capacidad de almacenamiento, hermosas encimeras de cuarzo, y suelos de baldosas. M���s all��� de la cocina es la zona de estar y comedor que ofrece un nuevo bar de vinos, con un refrigerador de prescripción bajo. La zona de comedor ofrece asientos para cuatro personas, mientras que la sala de estar cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana grande de 55 "con VCR, Blue Ray y DVD, y acceso directo al porche con hermosas vistas al mar y a la piscina. Tambi�����n abajo hay un dormitorio de invitados con dos camas individuales y un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 ", un baño (�����con secador de pelo!) compartido con el salón, y un lavadero. El dormitorio principal de la suite principal ofrece una cama King, televisión de pantalla plana LCD de 32 ", un ba����o privado (�������������con secador de pelo!) From the living room and upstairs bedroom you can see the ocean. Very coastal vibe in the interior, great response time from management team. A suggestion would be to just activate a code and give the address in a text message an hour before arrival time. The beach access was closed due to erosion, you just had to walk a few min over to get to the beach. Pool was great, another suggestion would be to have beach chairs and beach towels for guests.

The trip took a turn when we noticed some pests on the property that were quite unexpected. Other than that cleanliness issue it was a great stay.

Great beach stay at a perfect location

We had an awesome experience here. Stayed with my husband and two young kids. Perfect location just steps from the pool and beach. About 8 min walk from main restaurants and shops in Wild Dunes, but far enough away from the main hotel that beach wasn’t too crowded. Bed/bathrooms were comfy and clean. Note that primary bedroom is upstairs away from main floor

Very nice updated condo next to the beach!

Very good experience! Nicely updated, good finishes throughout and very clean! Right next to pool and beach. Covered garage for unit. Plenty of basic kitchen supplies for meal cooking/use. Only recommendations would be some updated decor. Private beach access was under construction at the condo, but others were only 50yards down and was not an inconvenience. Would certainly recommend!

Great stay at the property. Everything was clean and amenities provided. Great location as well being so close to the beach and pavilion. Only suggestion is a deadbolt of sorts on the front door since the “kids room” is right off of the entry and parents would be upstairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Wild Dunes and have stayed here for many years. This is the second time staying in the Seagrove and we love it. The beach is really close right now but they have brought in sand to try to make the beach larger. When we got to the condo we had no power as the island was without power but we were notified later that evening that is was being worked on and was restored that night. The condo had a great view of the ocean and was well kept and clean. We loved our stay and would definitely rent this place again.

Reviewer Comments: It's hard to beat IOP & Wild Dunes, so just being in the resort itself is beautiful with less crowded beach areas.I did giggle when I saw the other reviews about the couch, but after staying I will agree there needs to be a new couch asap. We are not very tall people at all and it was extremely uncomfortable to read my book, watch football etc. Other than that the condo is great! We loved being walking distance to the resort amenities for ice cream or a night cap at the lobby bar!I had to grab some air freshener, the cleaning products the crew uses doesn't leave behind the most welcoming aroma- just an FYI. Easy fix :)The kitchen update is beautiful, I cook so an updated kitchen is appreciated! We love Wild Dunes and IOP!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best part of this property was the location. You're 1 minute to the pool and 2 minutes to the beach. So convenient for a family that plans to spend a lot of time outside enjoying the sunshine, sand, and water.The home itself had updates in the kitchen. The baths were OK, but older. I agree with the other reviews, it's time for a new couch.The beds were comfortable. TVs all worked well.Cleanliness was average. Everything you touched or walked on was very clean, the normal cleaning service is doing a good job. However, the place could certainly use a deep cleaning. Light switches, door edges, floor corners, those kinds of things could use some TLC.The view - excellent. While the balcony isn't huge, it's fine for even 4 people to hang out, watch a sunrise, and relax.Overall we WOULD definitely return, and recommend this property. At this price point it's a good value for how close you are to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this is our second time staying in unit 4c. We love the porch with the ocean view and the kitchen is fantastic. It’s filled with pretty much anything you might need during your stay. The bedroom/bathroom upstairs is fantastic. The bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is just beautiful with lots of light. I come here with my aunt and mom so I stayed downstairs. The twin beds are incredibly uncomfortable so I brought a memory foam topper. That was a game changer and the bed went from concrete to a super comfy mattress. The needs to be updated. It functions but the tub drains incredibly slowly and always looks scummy. There isn’t a stopper in the tub so it doesn’t actually function that well. The only other complaint we had, had to do with the couches in the living room. They’re not terribly comfortable and tend to stick to your skin. We threw a blanket over the cushions and it was definitely a lot better. Having said all of these things, we will stay in the same unit again. We love Wild Dunes and this place suits all of our needs...just use the downstairs bathroom to do your business and share the upstairs.

One thing that should be addressed by owners is that every inch of the beach is grabbed by a beach chair rental company. They put down chairs along the prime tide line at 645am daily and it makes finding a spot for ourselves difficult. This applies to much of the beach in Wild Dunes.

Well appointed, spotlessly clean, very good wi-fi service, superb view! So convenient for beach walks and easy access to pool! We visited old favorites in Isle of Palms, Mt. Pleasant and Charleston-Acme Lowcountry Seafood, Obstinate Daughter and new discoveries-Leon’s and newly remodeled, definitely upgraded Islander 71!! First time to see a show at Dock Street Theater-highly recommend! Valets at Seagrass Inn were awesome when Uber driver dropped us there; refusing to take us further to our condo!

The remote was not easy to use when trying to access streaming apps. Instructions would be helpful. We would have used our own firestick, but the ports were inaccessible due to a sign saying not to move the TV. Thankfully we didn’t spend much time on the couch watching TV. The beach and the overall area is lovely.
